The restaurant is inside a gallery which is a pretty cool concept. Tasting menu started off with a really delicious bite of the sweet nori. It was refreshing and light and a great way to start the meal. The artichoke which was a doughnut with truffle inside was very heavy and not that enjoyable. My wife and I had an incredible experience. Michelin starred places are usually hit and miss for us because sometimes they can be too weird, so we were a little nervous going in. Everything blew us away. The service was amazing, our server Bo was so knowledgeable and friendly, the food was amazing, and the wine pairing was amazing. It was a lot of food, which was awesome. And every course was delicious.
