Service review: I cannot speak on the Espresso and Wine Bar service because I never used it. Their fresh food service is extremely poor. The cook never gets my order correct and always blames the cashiers. I have been ordering the same sandwich for the past months. All supervisors & most of the cashiers know that I am allergic to onions, so my order is simple: tuna sandwich on multigrain bread and substitute the onions for pickles. Almost every time, I am given the wrong order....read full review
Terrible customer service. Decided to come here instead of Starbucks (learned my lesson) but the woman got my order wrong and then she tells me "well its already made". No remedy offered.
