By far the best omekase/sushi we’ve had in the US. We just came back from Japan and this is hands down the most authentic Japanese restaurant we’ve been to. The fish was absolutely amazing, with the perfect amount of soy sauce/wasabi (real wasabi, not horseradish like some places). The fatty tuna was a particular highlight. Highly rated for a reason. Fish is super fresh and service is friendly. Great value at a no frills intimate restaurant. As of Jan 2024, it’s $89 for 15 great courses.What’s the catch? Dinner is strictly limited to one hour and it can feel rushed. Sometimes the chefs will ask you for feedback while you’re still chewing!!Overall, amazing place if you adjust your expectations for a quick 1 hr long omakase.

TL;DR: It was FIRE!!!This was by far the most amazing experience I have ever had. From the friendliest Chefs to the amazing flavorful melt in your mouth courses .
