“Gave me the chicken leg I asked for. Went down right came out wrong. The next day the fries and biscuit came. My toilet was devastated.

Unrelated - they keep shorting me on sauce. You think i wouldn’t notice? You’re wrong for that. Sweet tea? Weaker than your employees lifting my chicken leg. 5 star service.“

“Food is good. I opted for two combos (because I was very hungry). The caring clerk allowed me to choose one drink to avoid unnecessary expenses (although I chose 2 in the end)I'm pretty sure I'll come back to this fast food place next time I'm passing by“

“Giving Popeye's another chance after all these years , I can honestly say tha staff was ok , tha only had part I hate is wen u have alot of food they give u less sauce, but anyways I ordered tha Family Festive Box and it comes with 4 Chicken Tenders , 4 Chicken Wings , 4 Biscuits & 4 Sides and I got two Mac N' Cheese, Mash Potatoes & Fries.

Now tha Fries were well seasoned after I made it crispy in my air fryer it was 7/10 , tha Mash Potatoes was good 7/10 , tha Mac N' Cheese was 7.5/10 and tha Biscuits are always tha best 8/10 , tha chicken I got them spicy it was good 8/10 and tha Tenders were 7.5/10.

Overall I would rather go here then KFC.“

“No matter what time I come in here, the chicken is always crispy and juicy. The service I've received is always stellar. The wait time will range between 12 seconds to 5 minutes, depending on the current density. The place isn't very clean, especially not the bathroom. However, you don't go into a Popeye's for cleanliness, you go in for the food.“

“Today, February 9th, 2025, I was there to buy some sweet and spicy chicken and a large Mac and cheese for my son, and it took forever to get my food. Then, when they called my number, I had to keep saying excuse me because all the Uber eats African delivery men didn't even want to move out the way even tho I said excuse me like 5 times. Besides it taking long I usually come here and it doesn't take long and the chicken imo is always good.“

“I can't eat chicken anymore so I don't buy chicken products there. However, I am extremely pleased to report that their new and improved flounder sandwiches are fantastic. I've had two of them since they've made a reappearance on the menu and they blow the drek McDonald's is selling as a fish sandwich straight out of the water. I occasionally, by which I mean maybe three times a year will pick up a fillet of fish. They've been around since the flood I enjoyed them as a child and from time to time I will admit they're nice to have. Not sure whether I will want one more than once a year if they keep this item on the menu at Popeye's. Just saying. The only other item menus I buy here are the red beans and rice and sweet tea. Both are very good. Something doesn't look right about their macaroni and cheese. Not to say that it doesn't appear somewhat tasty something about that cheese reminds me of Velveeta and the amalgam of chemicals that come together to make that mac and cheese. I like my stuff authentic. Chemical cheese has a funny mouth feel“

I have been eating (Classic) Popeyes Chicken since 1980,and today (2025) it has never tasted better! Reminding me of KFC, back in the 1960's. I believe it's now known as Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen Inc. Popeyes is my official go to place for fried Chicken. The fact that it can now be delivered by Seamless is just an added plus for me. Popeyes is not just the consummate Fried Chicken experienced, for me it’s an explosion of ecstasy for my taste buds, and lately I just can’t get enough of “Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen Inc.”“

“Ngl this was the best customer service I ever received from a Popeyes. Saikat is running that place. I had a small issue with my order and he fixed it without a problem. None of the staff had an attitude and the restaurant appeared to be very clean. I got the spicy chicken sandwich meal. It was nice and crispy. Everything was so good. 10s across the board.“

“Popeyes was the franchise we wanted for my friends’ get together. My friends and I decided to meet to crunch on a family size box of tenders. This was our last hurrah before two of them go abroad for their vacation. In our meeting, we stacked delicious chicken tenders, crisp to the bite. We also loaded them with BBQ sauce, which added to the Buffalo flavor of the famous Popeyes tenders. Customer service was accommodating, quick and had an easy transaction. It is good to be nice to the servers, we all need to be kind to get the best service from Popeyes. In addition, we had biscuits, but they were eaten before given a chance to display.
