Leaving a review simply to give a general impression of the kind of pricing you can expect @ Prêt À Manger. So what you are seeing captured in the photographs is, for instance, a $8 cheese croissant or a $3 can of Diet Coke. Sandwiches were $18 and up. So to interpret those numbers: you can get a can of Coke for $1.25 at your corner bodega. So that’s a 240% price increase for exactly the same product. I have worked in the customer service field and have grace and understanding of having to deal with difficult customers but the staff in this location is extremely rude and hostile! Like having fear to order a coffee sounds insane to me!Sounds like one of the individuals is a manager (she is not the manager) which is even more concerning cause I can only assume what she does with her power but honestly majority of the staff would benefit from customer service training

The service is so terrible!!! I waited 10min after my pickup time, and it seems that they just skipped my order for some reason. When I tried to talk and they told me just wait until they finished making all their drinks. And they also did this to another customer, and even said if you don’t like it then don’t come. I really do not understand why they still work there.
