Unprofessional and slow. I ordered a drink specifically with non diary milk as I am lactose intolerant and they made me one made with milk. After alerting the man who made my drink (Ben) he was dismissive and rude, telling me to get back in line and talk to the cashier about it. Worst customer service of all time. As a long-time Starbucks customer, I’m extremely disappointed to see how the Starbucks staff's attitude turned downhill over time, rude, and arrogant. If you signed up for the job then take it seriously, otherwise, you can go home. Not to laugh and be little about customers' small ask. I ordered $24 coffee and beans.
