“I went to a lot of restaurants in New York that were much fancier than this cart but this was my favorite food of the day. The cheong fun was gooey and had qq and a decent amount of meat. For $5 for the large, it was such a deal and fed three of us as a snack. I would go back in a heartbeat and order more. Wish we had this in Chinatown in Houston.“

“My daughter and I had a wonderful time at Swingers US. This place exudes luxury and is very fancy. The food and drinks were awesome. The white rose garden trellis is everything.“

“I got to try some unique global flavors at this fair: NOLA crawfish sandwich from Parish Po'Boys and a Raclette melt baguette sandwich from Raclette Street. Both costed about $20 so keep that in mind if you are used to the lower prices at Queen’s Night Market.“

“Little stand located on the corner of Mulberry Street and Canal Street, is home to the most affordable and yummiest mini sweet cakes. Definitely recommend coming here if you are in the mood for a light snack and if you have $2 on you (15 of these mini vanilla cakes are only $1.50)I got the plain mini vanilla cakes because I was not in the mood to make a mess, but they do offer various toppings: condensed milk, honey coconut, peanut butter, chocolate syrup and nutella for an additional dollar.“

“it was actually one of the best halal I’ve had. I’m not kidding. the cart, Halal Harlem, was established in 2002. the guy working it was a little slow but that’s bc his experienced hands will make your lamb gyro on pita with so much care. be patient and you’ll get the best halal you ever tasted. he didn’t skimp on the meat or veggies. there was onions, tomatoes, and lettuce!! some places give you lettuce and call it a day. He charges fair prices! I love Harlem Halal like I love the M116. with gratitude in my heart and wallet.“

“Cash only.
This couple makes the absolute best food in town. Perfectly cooked and seasoned, large variety of options, from meats and seafood to mushrooms and vegetables.
Be ready to order, choose your spice level, and pay cash.
The couple is very friendly unless someone gives them a reason not to be.
Food is delicious and filling and will keep you ordering more and coming back with friends.“

“Had to find a new place to eat halal after a bad experience at the 2nd Ave halal guys. The food here was way better and cheaper. You can't go wrong with Farook's. Also he provides a a loyalty card that gets you a free meal after 10 purchases. If you like spicy I recommend the green sauce and red sauce.“

“Love that the protein has veggies rather than the protein just by itself. Def more flavorful and not as dry as you'll find it on other halal carts (where you may heavily rely on the white sauce to deal with the dryness). Nice guy too, and if you want more or less veg just let him know.“

“I got a corn drink-no se como se llama-that was really good and a majorette that was to die for. I was told this is the best spot for habichuelas con dulce. That being said, I guess it is not for me, then. Nonetheless, I highly recommend this place ?“

“This is an absolute local experience. It has 3 bar seats and a loud friendly funny guy taking orders. I came here for the congee which was basic but so flavorful and homey. I got the noodles which they are known for and they were outstanding! Chewy, umami and not the prettiest dish. I’ll sacrifice looks for flavor any day! I works say you must be a Sami brave eager to try it but it’s a place I’ll definitely crave in the future!“
