Love my first stay in your hotel in Gdansk. Beautiful interior - modern but cosy hotel in ONE 😀. Extremely helpful staff. Fabulous bar. My large double room was very stylish and comfortable. Bed - absolutly comfy. I will book my next stays with you.
STAY AWAY!
Had a very unfortunate stay at The Cloud One Hotel in New York. Arrived in Mid September and the Air conditioning was malfunctioning in my room (over 80 F). When I asked if it could be fixed, instead of fixing it, they showed me how to fix it myself. The first night I repeatedly fixed the AC every 2-4 hours. We stayed on the 26th floor our room was amazing and so comfortable special mention to Ricky who was there to greet us when we arrived and was there when we left too such a helpful and friendly guy.
