A girlfriend of mine and I were just walking around one afternoon and we smelled this amazing, heavenly aroma and literally followed our noses to this place cause we had to find the source of such an amazing smell!! We were not disappointed! 🤍
a lovely low key spot!
double esspresso for me, and hot chocolate for the youngster! i fixed one of the black chairs with a wire around a un-bolted fastner...hope it holds up. 🤞
Very lovely barista who recommended the lavender honey latte which I got half sweet - perfect amount. The sample drip coffee was really nice for while I waited on my order and I liked the house blend the most!

Sensuous Bean on Columbus Ave. offers a variety of coffee experiences. Some customers have reported issues with the Dark Mexican and French Roast beans, stating they lacked aroma and taste. However, other customers have spoken highly of the Sensuous Blend and Almond Joy flavored coffee. The staff, including Javier and Ali, are commended for their hospitality and service. The coffee shop is described as a cozy and welcoming location, with a selection of top-notch coffees. The Sensuous Blend and Almond Joy flavored coffee are specifically mentioned as standouts.
A favorite spot in the neighborhood to grab a pound of coffee beans, it has a wonderful selection of blends, flavors, and teas. Though there’s no seating inside, there’s a bench outside and tables out front, making it lovely to enjoy a cup on a walk through Central Park. This tiny coffee shop, a great neighborhood spot for decades, offers the best coffee and beans in town with new flavors for self-serve daily. While the coffee and pastry menu is limited, friends and family always appreciate the coffee and teas sent as gifts. A charming and beloved place for daily visits. The lack of a location in San Francisco is noted as a negative.
