Went here last Saturday for my friend’s birthday and honestly, everything was SO good. Every single piece was delicious and felt so intentional and thoughtfully put together. You can really taste the quality of the ingredients, and each piece had its own flavor instead of everything just blending together.

Oh, the sushi is amazing. Very fresh and not your usual variety. Different flavors and textures combined. Very umami. The drinks are light and refreshing.
The wagyu they serve is actual Japanese wagyu, not American or new Zealand.
I'll repeat it again the next season to see what the specials are then.
5 stars for 5 reasons
1. Everything for the exception of salmon roll was exceptional. Omakase fixed is so worth it! Best roll was the truffle roll which has a nice chunk of truffle on it.
2. Everything was super fresh even for online pick up.
3. Price is a bit on the high end but worth it for the quality and NY.
4. On time for online pick up!
5. Cool atmosphere and will dine in one day.
