It is a hidden halal gem with amazing pasta and the best tiramisu. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable, and the owner is very nice, welcoming, and charitable. The view is amazing, and the wait time is only about 12 minutes. Customers love that it is build your own pasta bowl. Highly recommended.
