We use this DD all the time and I never have any problems.. well yesterday a girl at the drive thru was I guess having a bad day and she passed it onto me... when I got back to my office the order was all wrong. I called and spoke to Danielle and she said come in anytime and I will take care of you... she did .. Her smiling face and her helpfulness shined through... gave me a new order of everything and made me feel special !!! That is customer service ... she deserves 10 stars !!!!“

“Honestly with so many Starbucks being kind of a hit or miss and some staff seeming overworked and stressed which makes the customer stressed I kind of avoid Starbucks. But when I come to this location, Isaiah makes me feel so much more chill. Like a real coffee shop, lol now Starbucks used to be.
