“What an awesome spot! Ambiance was airy, comfortable and inviting. We were treated with amazing Sicilian crust pizza with locally sourced pepperoni and leeks fresh out of the greenhouse. The beer was delicious, Porter Hill was especially tasty. Please come check this spot out!“

“We had a wonderful luncheon celebrating my mother's 100th birthday for around 25 people. Sara and Nathan were absolutely fabulous. From the moment we met them , we could tell they wanted this day to be special for us, they care about the details and it showed. They answered all our questions quickly and had great suggestions when planning the menu. The food was perfect and the team at the brewery was wonderful. We had a very enjoyable afternoon at the Wetlands Brewery.“

“Went to PB to meet up with some family and really enjoyed our time there. Everyone enjoyed their brew selections and had a great time playing shuffleboard. I do have to admit I did not ask to sample this one stout first but it tasted like a soy sauce mix. The second stout was outstanding. Lesson, try crafts before buying. Staff was friendly and service in the middle of the week was limited to the bar. That may be norm ?? Don’t know. It looks like they are set up nicely with outdoor space accessible by raising garage doors. Restrooms are non-segregated to the standing or sitting choice but are enclosed so not a big deal.
Definitely recommend going to PBs if you’re looking for a good craft beer.“

“Silo Fried Chicken – Food Truck Battle Edition Crispy, flavor-packed bird that came with “Truck Gravy” so good I briefly considered using it as skincare. The strawberry lemonade was fizzy which isnt my thing—but that’s a me problem. Ate it at their mobile bar like a civilized human. The owner? Cool as hell. I’d follow this truck like it owes me money.“

They gave us a tour of the brewery and went above and beyond to make sure we had a memorable and enjoyable experience. They were so personable, friendly, and welcoming from the moment we arrived.
