“Enjoyed an excellent dinner tonight at Savor. Food was delicious-there were four of us—two of us had the pork chop and the other two had the Swiss burger. Well prepared, juicy, tasty. Would have again. The $30 prix fixe dinner offers appetizer (we had the crab cake and the goat cheese and quinoa salad), main course and dessert (all excellent). Student/servers did a great job. Hats off to the chefs. Will return. Make sure to get a reservation.”

Most high end restaurants with high prices we enjoy include sides in smaller portions. Roasted carrots and potatoes were good. Ran out of baked potatoes. Atmosphere accomodates dressing up and jeans for gambling or going to the show. The shocker... You pay same price for menu, drinks and atmosphere as earlier dinner parties, it's a shame the lights go bright and noise level cleaning as you dine spoils the experience! We called asked about the 9 pm reservation and were assured plenty time to 10:30-11. We were seated 8:40, just presented meals and by 9 40, boom lights and yelling across the room. No class. Won't be going back. Watch your time”

If you like the old school steamed dumplings, i.e., the thicker dough type rather than what 99% of chinese restaurants serve (which is awful thin tiny things that do not ever warrant a purchase), you will love these dumplings. They are not super huge but are a good size and at this writing it was $6.75 for 8. I visit the Falls a bunch and will be returning to sample other fare. The atmosphere is typical chinese restaurant in my opinion. Which is just fine.”

“I was searching for Chinese food in Niagara Falls and this was the only option that seemed pretty decent and was relatively close to Niagara Falls State Park. The hours on Yelp are wrong, refer to their hours on Google (seemed to be only open for dinner on weekdays, perhaps their weekend hours are longer).

I got here as soon as they opened at 5 for dinner and ordered a sesame chicken over white rice for dine in. FYI there's a 15% gratuity charge for dine in vs take out. They make each order fresh so there was a bit of wait for the food and they also had signs around that they were short staffed. There was only one staff member taking all the dine in and take out orders and waitressing the dine in area.

I can't attest to their bubble teas but I think they just make it when ordered rather than batch make a lot of drinks. They also had soda, water and alcohol for sale.

The sesame chicken came out piping hot and I could tell it was fried fresh. The sauce flavor had a very strong vinegar taste. It also came with 3 pieces of boiled broccoli and the rice tasted okay. I'm too used to eating jasmine white rice at home every day. All in all, it was a good amount of food for the price in this area and I left feeling very full with at least a cup of rice left in my bowl.”

“My wife and I happened to visit Niagara Falls in our way home from upstate NY. It was a beautiful day. After sight seeing we looked up Restaurants on Google maps. Jon Fre's restaurant had pretty good ratings so we thought we'd try it.

From the outside it was unassuming. We entered and we were quickly greeted by the bartender. We found a table and was quickly greeted by the waitress. She was very friendly. I ordered the Philly Cheese steak sandwich. While I was waiting for the food the owner introduced himself. He was great and made us feel at home.
Within minutes we got the food. The sandwich was hot and stuffed with steak and cheese while the bread was soft and was yummy. Everything was hot and delicious.

It is definitely a place I recommend visiting.”

“My husband and I started a tour business and our very first tour was to the Stevensville Garden Gallery, Betty’s for dinner followed by the Winter Festival of Lights. I cannot say enough about the amazing service we received from Betty’s but firstly, I have to say that while planning our tour, Joe was extraordinary. He was so patient and understanding whenever changes arose and when our reservation ended up being smaller than we had originally thought it would be, he was extremely kind and compassionate. We had brought our toddler along on our tour and as our group was being escorted to our table to be seated, our daughter who was absolutely obsessed with Peter Rabbit at the time was saying that she’s hungry and with her big imagination, she was actually pretending to be Peter Rabbit. Having overheard our daughter, a plate of baby carrots was brought to the table for our toddler before our group could even finish placing our order for drinks with our server. Our group was not even seated for more than a few minutes when the carrots arrived, and my husband and I were so touched by the thoughtfulness that was shown to our little girl. It goes without saying that the food and the service was incredible and we could not have asked for a better place to bring a tour group. We all had a great time and Betty’s Restaurant was definitely the highlight of our first bus tour. “Wanted a real bar, not a hotel bar while in Niagara Falls. Walked up and they had a Molson Canadian beer light in the window, found my bar. Walked in and went to the end of the bar by myself and ordered a Molson. The bartender, Frannie, said they didn't have it, haven't in years. Disappointed at first, but reminded of a lot of my hometown bars.
Sat alone drinking my beer when one of the regulars ordered a round of Duck farts. She then looked down at me and asked if I would do one too, I said sure. After the whole bar did a shot she invited me down to join them and asked me my story. We chatted a bit and then she introduced me to everyone in the bar.
I stated playing pool with two of the regulars and asked one of them what were all the plaques on the wall. He told me pool tournament plaques, as I beat him. Wasn't sure how that would work out. I bought a round of Duck farts and it was all good.
Had a great time. Areal local bar. Walk in and respect their house.”

We used a $30 coupon from our hotel ( hotel provided coupons for other restaurants) - note coupon is valid if you order 2 entrees.
This is not a turn off of because it was plenty of food but the coleslaw wasn't great. Definitely worth trying this place. If you are visiting during the busy season your experience is likely to differ.”

“Well, I stumbled upon this place as a hidden gem. The ambiance in the restaurant is fantastic. They have an open kitchen concept, which is significantly cleaner compared to most franchises.

I tried their Mexican pizza and garlic bread with cheese. Both were delicious, but the meat substitute options are limited. As a result, I had to use the remaining toppings for the pizza instead of a meat substitute.

The taste of the pizza needs to be acquired as you’re accustomed to traditional pizza.

There’s ample parking, and the staff is friendly.”

“Great food! We stopped in while on our trip to Niagara Falls state park. Very convenient as it is located very close to the park and nearby Seneca Casino. Lobby was very clean and food was made to order. Service was a little slow for a burger place but at least the food was fresh. Small parking around back but is limited. We would definitely come again in the future”

“This is one of our favorite restaurants! The food is always delicious and the margaritas are so yummy! My only complaint is sometimes the service is a little lacking, usually when they're busier. Otherwise, it's our go to place for Mexican food. We love it!”

“First of all this is a small Tim Horton's. There's only of room for a few employees. I see other reviews complaining about drive-thru, but a bunch of their business comes from people the inside of the store who can't do drive-thru. I sat here watching for an hour and there was certainly nobody taking 15 minutes so maybe chill out.

I rated the atmosphere a 3 because TV was some national news anchor covering 'breaking news' that a tree fell on some suburban home during a hurricane. Why not send that news crew to the emergency operations center where they can provide actual news. Last thing I'd want is some crew telling everyone my home was vacant and damaged.”

“First time at the new location. Honestly everything was handled well. Food was packaged properly, food was still warm by the time I got home. Wait time was not bad, the service was done just as it should be. The parking lot area setup is decent, as well as how it directs traffic. It does however feel very tight in there, so be careful. Will be going back, happy to finally have a location close to home.

Update: I have been going once at least every two weeks or so. For Chick-Fil-A the line has not been all that bad at all. Might depend on when I go there. Food has been hot and the staff have been good.”
