“Great food! We stopped in while on our trip to Niagara Falls state park. Very convenient as it is located very close to the park and nearby Seneca Casino. Lobby was very clean and food was made to order. Service was a little slow for a burger place but at least the food was fresh. Small parking around back but is limited. We would definitely come again in the future“

“I went there with my daughter and wife as my daughter wanted to try Nepali momos. I am thankful to them they made her so happy.Food was great I had the noodles it feels authentic may be lil more masala for her but for me it’s perfect.Had a nice conversation with staff too they are so friendly.Will be back again at labors day guys.If someone is reading it visit them with your family you won’t be disappointed I guarantee you!“

“Always go through the drive thru, that's the reason for atmosphere score. They are fast and have cars pull up if it's a big order, to avoid line in drive thru. Friendly staff and ive been eating it for the past at least 3 months, most girls there have a very pleasant attitude.“

“I’m writing this review not because of the food (even though the food is always excellent) I’m writing it for the excellent customer service I received today. My coworkers and I decided to order subs for lunch via DoorDash. When my order arrived, it was missing more than half the order. Not sure what happened, and frankly I don’t even care. I called Jersey Mikes and spoke with the manager, Damien. He agreed that a mistake had occurred and promised to make it right. He corrected the order, asked me where I worked and told me that he would bring the food himself!!! And 20 minutes later, he did just that!!! Myself and my coworkers are so grateful for him! We only get a 30 minute lunch break, and if we had to reorder and wait for another dasher, we wouldn’t have been able to eat (we work in healthcare). Damien is truly an asset to Jersey Mikes and needs to be promoted to VP! And to the rest of the staff, you are all amazing also. The food is always great, and everyone is always so friendly and welcoming. Customer service is not an easy job, but the staff at NF Jersey Mikes are the absolute best!! “My family arrived near closing time to order dinner. The server (named Demetrios) was extremely friendly and helpful -- he repeatedly checked whether certain items were missing, made suggestions for things that the kids could order, and generally went out of his way to help us. I'm not sure I've ever gotten better service at a fast food restaurant. Thank you!“

“Its Dairy Queen, the ice cream is good, tastes great, no issues there. On one visit earlier this year we got a different flavor blizzard than what we ordered (still ate it, it was pretty good.)

The employees, however, need some training or help. It seems they are more interested in finishing talking to each other or their friends rather than customers. How about a little eye contact when talking also (kinda makes you feel like they are actually LISTENING to the order?)“

“Honestly, I almost feel silly giving McDonald’s a 5-star rating.. However this location really stands out against any other McD’s. The staff/service has always been impeccable. The fact this location has a play-place just makes it that much better. Also - the playplace has a great “viewing” area to watch your kiddos! Also the noise stays IN the playplace area.. so if you don’t have kids you don’t have to worry about hearing other screaming kids just being in this restaurant.“
