“Typical Starbucks overall, however we found that Jalen was an exemplary employee who worked efficiently and with great professionalism. The location was very busy and he managed the customers and the staff diligently. Under pressure, he spoke respectfully to his fellow staff to ensure efficiency, and was announcing who's drink he was making to ensure customers knew they were not forgotten amidst the busy-ness. We felt he deserved recognition as he really impressed us!“

“I finally found my receipt with names of the wonderful staff that worked last Sunday. Shout out Joseph and Bianca for making my family and myself feel welcomed. Our drink were awesome after walking over 5 miles through the park.lol! 🤩 Looking forward to come back to visit.

“I typically do a mobile app order for walk-in pick up. Tends to be faster. My orders are always on time & sometimes ready earlier than suggested time. We get frapp's as the Macha is my all time fav! Husband liked the Java chip one but they don't sell it any longer. Always busy but staff is pleasant & inside restaurant is clean.“

“Located in a large plaza with grocer and Rona hardware, so there's plenty of parking and room to move for my straight truck. I've always been able to just walk in order my black Pike and be out with an a minute or 2. Staff have always been friendly and efficient. I'm seeing a lot of bad reviews but I'm not experiencing what I'm reading.“

It was made with the kind of attention and pride that you rarely see (especially within a corporation like Starbucks). You can tell she loves what she does, and it shows in every interaction. Scarlet treats every single customer like they matter. She remembers faces, offers thoughtful suggestions, and makes even a quick coffee run feel special. People like her are the reason Starbucks feels like a little bright spot in the day. Skylon Tower Starbucks is incredibly lucky to have someone as exceptional as Scarlet. She turned something ordinary into something memorable, all through her kindness, talent, and genuine heart. I honestly wish every store had a Scarlet!!! If you ever get the chance to stop by when she’s working, do it. I will definitely be back for her. She’s truly amazing.“

“They were out of decaf coffee both hot and cold. However, the barista offered to make a decaf Americano. It tasted very good, but disappointing that a place that only sells coffee was out of decaf. The barista was friendly and the place was clean. This location is also open until 11pm which all the other near by Starbucks were already closed.
