Starbucks in Niagara Falls

“Typical Starbucks overall, however we found that Jalen was an exemplary employee who worked efficiently and with great professionalism. The location was very busy and he managed the customers and the staff diligently. Under pressure, he spoke respectfully to his fellow staff to ensure efficiency, and was announcing who's drink he was making to ensure customers knew they were not forgotten amidst the busy-ness. We felt he deserved recognition as he really impressed us!“

“Service great they will create a drink custom for you that's not on the menu they will add the stuff you ordered great Service very clean nice workers hard working very kind they mess up your name but it's ok it's a good place to enjoy a drink and go there to sit and chat and study“

Parking: 50 or more spots with many open. Several handicap ♿️ spots open and close to entrance.

Kid-friendliness: Cake pops, caffeine free options. we just need to state it when ordering.

“I didn't get any..it's way overpriced. Still a bit angry how the muffins and such went from normal sized to miniature. Lizzy got some kind of fufu super mocha latte Verdi oat milk cocoa something or another. She liked it. I always prefer a normal "coffee" - go figure.“

“Barista was kind, professional, and takes priced in her work. A little snow while baby princess dropped her drink and she made her a new one straight away. I think I’ll be switching to this Starbucks.

“I have a hard time understanding why the rating for this place is so low. The drinks were good, and the staff were extremely friendly. Above all, the espresso cups purchased here are better than any other tourist souvenirs. Thanks to this place, I was able to end my trip to Niagara beautifully.

Parking: You can utilize the spacious parking lot at the Skylon Observatory. (I am not sure about the parking fee as I did not park there myself.)“

“They were out of decaf coffee both hot and cold. However, the barista offered to make a decaf Americano. It tasted very good, but disappointing that a place that only sells coffee was out of decaf. The barista was friendly and the place was clean. This location is also open until 11pm which all the other near by Starbucks were already closed.

Parking: You can drop someone off and circle or try to park on the street at your own risk.“
