“We recently started going back to eat at Johnny Rockets and the service was top notch. We always ask for Shauna as she is very attentive and pleasant to our whole family . Service is always important to me when dining out with Shauna we don’t have to ask for a refill they are brought to the table that’s what I call top notch service. Shauna’s service and the great food keep us coming back every weekend!“

“This is the only burger you gotta concern yourself with in Syracuse. Best I’ve had around here by a mile, and potentially just the best smash burger I have EVER had. Get Smashed rocks. Don’t be dumb, eat their burgers. The pickles are kickin too.“

“We were seated immediately even though there were a ton of vehicles in the parking lot. Had our drinks in less than 2 minutes of sitting down. Our food came in a timely manner. The waitress was attentive without being intrusive. The manager made a brief stop to see how we were enjoying our meal.
I had the Hibachi salmon with rice and steamed broccoli. Broccoli was a little too over streamed but that's my personal preference, otherwise everything was delicious. My partner had the French Onion burger that she enjoyed.
Great experience all around. My first time there. I'll be back!“

“The young man whose name I believe is Rydell (sorry if I spelled it wrong), is one of the nicest and most helpful cashiers I’ve meet. We’ve gone through his check out line multiple times and we’re always greeted with a smile and friendly conversation. In a world where it’s so hard to find anyone that is personable anymore, he really deserves to be recognized by Wegmans! He’s an awesome example.“

“We had lunch here today and everything was amazing! Our Dad asked about Sloppy Joes and the server pointed out that they didn’t have them on the menu but suggested the brisket grilled cheese. Before our food arrived the serve came out with a specially made sloppy Joe for our Dad. He ate the whole thing and said it was delicious! I had the brisket grilled cheese and that was very yummy! For the chef to make a custom dish was so unexpected and very much appreciated. It was nice to see Dad happy and have a full belly!!!! We will be back for sure!“

“Great place! I was kindly greeted by the sweet girls when I walked in, and they were very accommodating to me and my kids needs. The waitress we had was great and so friendly! She was very helpful and did an amazing job providing us service. The food was delicious as always. And as we left the managers and hostesses continued to be so polite to us, and made our stay wonderful! Highly recommend this place!“

“We had Ponchito's Taqueria cater our son's graduation party on a Sunday — even though they are normally closed — and they went above and beyond to accommodate us. The food was incredible — hot, fresh, and absolutely delicious. EVERYONE at the party raved about it, and there wasn’t a single taco left from the taco bar! Their team was friendly, helpful, and made the entire experience seamless. Thank you so much for your kindness, your amazing food, and for making this day extra special. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience.

“Dear Five Guys, I’d like to start off by saying how wonderful you are. I am so very sorry for betraying you and recently visiting Shake Shack. It was a lapse in judgment. You may be expensive, but you’re worth every penny. Your burgers and fries are better quality and way better tasting than anything Shake Shack has on their menu.

“As far as fast food burger joints go, this is among the best in Syracuse, and I can count on one hand how many others are open 24/7 like this one is. While there can be a long wait in the drive thru, it's because they make the orders properly and I promise you the wait is worth it. Everything was fresh, and the order accuracy was 100% on point. I've worked in food service for 7+ years so when I see excellent service like this, I feel the need to shout it from the rooftops. I'll be going here more often.“

“I left this review on "Where Syracuse Eats"; Oh, my soul! Soft shell crab tacos at Brian's Landing Jamesville. I now want to permanently live here in the middle of their dining room... Had a fantastic lunch... deep fried brussel sprouts with pork belly, a delightful salad with prosciutto and fresh figs, and these slammin' tacos. Large sharable portions reasonably priced and charmingly (and very professionally) served by our waitperson, Skyler. Definitely will be revisiting this jernt on a regular basis!“

“Since it just opened, there is still a massive wait during dinner time, especially on the weekends. If you can, order online with the app a few hours in advance. They turn off online ordering when they get slammed. Even with the online order ahead, my order was 15+ minutes late.“

“Thank you to the management team for replying to my review on our last visit. They were sincerely apologetic and invited us back. I will def go back as I love Applebees and perhaps this was an off day for some staff members . This did not make me happy having to write a negative review but the service was not to par that particular day, Thanks again.“

“Made our first visit to this Applebees yesterday. Was very pleased with our experience. Our waiter, Cam, was also the bartender, and did a great job. Even though he was quite busy at the bar, he was very attentive to the booths he was waiting on as well. We had the 2 for $25 meal deal, and everything was excellent.“
