“Rosa was our server and she was a delight! Edgar was also amazing and was so kind to give a shake on him! It was such a mood boost for a gloomy Monday!! The cook in the back (I didn’t get his name) but he was hard at work and seems to be having a good time. Will definitely be back and hope to see both Rosa and Edgar again!“

“Wow!! Just wow!! So impressed with how good this was. You can tell the owners are heavily involved with quality control. I had to wait at first because it was Friday evening and the seating was limited, but it was so worth the wait. The burger was spot on. I spent $14 on a deluxe burger and added bacon. Every ingredient was perfect. The bacon was incredible. I would (hands down) say this was the best burger I have ever had and the best fries I have ever had. We had a table of five, and all our food came out hot, fresh, and perfect. I plan to tell everybody about this place, and I’m so happy for this Liverpool treasure. I would also add that we had an awesome server who made the experience even better. I think one of those TV food shows needs to check this place out and rate it. Just unbelievably good.“

“We were seated immediately even though there were a ton of vehicles in the parking lot. Had our drinks in less than 2 minutes of sitting down. Our food came in a timely manner. The waitress was attentive without being intrusive. The manager made a brief stop to see how we were enjoying our meal.
I had the Hibachi salmon with rice and steamed broccoli. Broccoli was a little too over streamed but that's my personal preference, otherwise everything was delicious. My partner had the French Onion burger that she enjoyed.
Great experience all around. My first time there. I'll be back!“

“Great place! I was kindly greeted by the sweet girls when I walked in, and they were very accommodating to me and my kids needs. The waitress we had was great and so friendly! She was very helpful and did an amazing job providing us service. The food was delicious as always. And as we left the managers and hostesses continued to be so polite to us, and made our stay wonderful! Highly recommend this place!“

We’ve gone through his check out line multiple times and we’re always greeted with a smile and friendly conversation. In a world where it’s so hard to find anyone that is personable anymore, he really deserves to be recognized by Wegmans! He’s an awesome example.“

“We had Ponchito's Taqueria cater our son's graduation party on a Sunday — even though they are normally closed — and they went above and beyond to accommodate us. The food was incredible — hot, fresh, and absolutely delicious. EVERYONE at the party raved about it, and there wasn’t a single taco left from the taco bar! Their team was friendly, helpful, and made the entire experience seamless. Thank you so much for your kindness, your amazing food, and for making this day extra special. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience.

“Haven't been in a long time. The burger and fries were fine. I remember it being a lot better in the past. The burger meat was for sure under seasoned. The fresh cut fries were good, I just prefer more crispy fries. Probably won't be back any time soon, as it was 18$ for a burger and the smallest fries.“

“I left this review on "Where Syracuse Eats"; Oh, my soul! Soft shell crab tacos at Brian's Landing Jamesville. I now want to permanently live here in the middle of their dining room... Had a fantastic lunch... deep fried brussel sprouts with pork belly, a delightful salad with prosciutto and fresh figs, and these slammin' tacos. Large sharable portions reasonably priced and charmingly (and very professionally) served by our waitperson, Skyler. Definitely will be revisiting this jernt on a regular basis!“

“Tonight my sweetheart had a hankering for some chicken wings. We were blown away by the exceptional food and customer service. We ordered 20 wings, and two slices of pizza, and the owner himself walks us out four NY style slices of pizza! We only ordered two! He told us that his priority is us, the customer, not money. He wanted us to be happy. And happy we were. When we finished our slices, our wings came out and they were fried to golden perfection!!!!
It was an amazing experience to be treated like VIP! All other wing spots have been trumped by the exceptional service at Wing inCuse!!!!“

I will def go back as I love Applebees and perhaps this was an off day for some staff members . “Made our first visit to this Applebees yesterday. Was very pleased with our experience. Our waiter, Cam, was also the bartender, and did a great job. Even though he was quite busy at the bar, he was very attentive to the booths he was waiting on as well. We had the 2 for $25 meal deal, and everything was excellent.“
