“had a chance to stop in at Lumbejacks patio grill. menu is your usual grill menu - burgers, sandwiches, fish, salads, hot dogs, fries, ice cream. all very good. you order at counter and they will bring you your food. we waited for our order a bit longer than expected. but that was because the place was hoppin'. what impressed me though was the young kitchen cooks and counter staff and how they worked their butts off. the crew was movin' and groovin'. i appreciated their hustle.“

“Our family had Easter Brunch at Jack Rabbit and we were all very impressed, the service was excellent! Everything was served in a timely manner (even with it being very busy) our food was hot and delicious! We all had different entrees from Eggs Benedict, Steak & Eggs, Turkey Benedict, Pancakes and we all agreed that the Breakfast Pizza was the BEST we have ever had oh and don’t forget the Tater Tots! “It was a minute before our waiter came to our table. He apologized straight out which was admirable. Dylan was an amazing server and was very attentive to all our needs. We have been here many times and it has always been a great experience. We started with the Jalapeño mozzarella sticks. Then my wife and I both got chicken sandwiches. I had the Glen falls chicken sandwich which was excellent with a large portion. My wife got the Buffalo Chicken sandwich which she enjoyed. My son had the Main Street burger and my daughter had a kids grill cheese. We were very happy with the food and the excellent service provided by Dylan- he deserves employee of the month!

Large ice cream portions, delicious chocolates (available by the piece or pound), great hours, and affordable pre-Elmwood-surge pricing. I couldn't recommend Watsons more!“

“I felt the prices of the flights were very fair. My favorite wine was their Rosé.

I only took a little issue to a discrepancy of the ice wine taster, which was listed at $7.50. I actually was charged $9. This didn’t bother me enough to make a comment, but they might need to update their pricing menus a bit.

I enjoyed their little selection of gifts to pick from! They had soaps, lotions, tea towels, etc.

One note as a visitor from out of state: When keeping a tab open, they hold your credit card behind the bar. I was surprised by this, though it wasn’t a problem for me. But, it is not a common practice where I am from, so I figured I would put that here as a warning in case anyone wouldn’t love this. You definitely can pay as you go as an alternative.“

I live in the area and it’s nice to not have to travel far for a good tap. The only thing I really think they need to improve is the parking lot. “Not your average winery. I have been to wineries all over the world from Bordeaux to southern Spain, Western Cape, South Africa and Australia. For a New World vineyard you are getting something special here.

Kevin, the winemaker along with his daughter, verbose knowledge and passion persists in every bottle. The back story of this place is as interesting as the wines themselves. If you can try only one in the Niagara AVA I recommend Long Cliff. Blaufränkish and Sauvignon Blanc are definitely worth trying!“
