“Came here for Sunday of the holiday weekend. Great atmosphere and awesome service. There were two bartenders, both super friendly. The guy bartender was dressed in an awesome 4th costume, and made us the BEST rocket fuels. I would come again just for him. He made our experience amazing and was not only friendly but very accommodating. Come here!!!“

“Wanted to give a huge shout out to the Tap Room (Patchogue) (specifically the Patchogue location). We were invited to a family party, buffet-style. I reached out to the restaurant via email, because I wanted to make sure they could accommodate my daughters food allergies -- eggs, soy, sunflower seeds, tree nuts and peanuts, or I would plan ahead and pack snacks she could safely eat instead. The Culinary Director, Joseph Walsh, called me the next day. He spoke to me for awhile, went over her food allergies, made some suggestions, and assured me that he would come up with something she could safely eat. The morning of the party, he sent me an email to confirm we were coming and his suggestions for a safe meal (rice and beans sauteed with bell peppers, chicken cutlet w/ no egg, and a mixed fruit salad). I emailed him back that just rice and beans and the fruit salad would be fine, because she doesn't eat chicken. He emailed me back, concerned that rice and beans and a fruit salad wouldn't be enough, but I assured him it would be fine because she's only 7 and has anxiety over trying new foods at restaurants (understandably), so sticking with rice and beans and fruit salad, which she's comfortable with, would be perfect. At the event, Joseph told my relative that he wanted to talk to us, and when we arrived, he came to introduce himself, told me that he was making sure everything was prepared separately and would be ready for her shortly. Absolutely fantastic service. We truly, truly appreciated all his care and effort, because that's sadly not the norm most of the time when we try to eat out. “Been here a couple of times. Once on a date night Thursday with my wife, another time for birthday party on a Saturday night with DJ C Natryl. He created a sick vibe. Can't wait to come back to hear him play again!! Nice little room that really is a gem. :)“

“Patrons, bar tenders and owner very friendly and welcoming. I went in by myself, started hitting some pool balls, a patron came up to me and asked if I wanted to play a game. After we played a few games he introduced to some of other guys and gals there. Really nice time for me. When in the area I go back, very relaxing.

“Used to go here for metal shows when it was Finns. Glad to see the local scence is still alive and well here. Love their stage room. The black lights and the black light recsssive images along with the color changing lights pointed at the pictures make an awesome effect. The sound quality is very good. The art everywhere is great. The bartender was also kind and made good drinks. The bathrooms were clean and upkept well.“

“The quintessential neighborhood bar. Lot's of regulars that work in the trades/union members. Good-natured banter all around.As a woman in a predominantly male bar, I was included in the conversation, and had a great time. The bartender went out of her way to recommend good places to eat and she felt like an old friend. Love her!“

“Came here on a whim the other night and had an amazing time. The people here were so friendly and kind. The bartender Sue (lol idk how to spell it) she was a gem helped me feel really comfortable. The drinks were reasonably priced. The people here take pool seriously though so bring your game face. Parking was easy & I suggest paying & tipping with cash. Oh and most importantly the bathroom was clean!!“

“Breakfast is our favorite meal and we eat out every morning. Due to an early morning doctor appointment, we bumped into Buttermilk’s Kitchen. Great vibe as soon as you walk in….friendly and cheerful staff, nice decor, immediate service. I had the “The ‘Ol Barnyard”…..the sausage gravy was excellent with big chunks of sausage and super flavorful…..probably the best I’ve had here in NY and most of the South!!! The bacon was high quality and very tasty. My perfect over easy eggs were so fresh (yes, I can taste the freshness and quality just by having a bite of the whites!). My husband had a “Create Your Own Omelette” and declared that is was a “work of art” (I was offended because I make a darn good omelette and he never said that to me!) We were concerned about the “hash browns” because that usually means just cubed and fried potatoes, so we were very pleasantly surprised at the delicious shredded and seasoned, crispy but soft hash browns. Our regular coffee was good and hot, and they offer several “craft” coffee options. The Banana Foster French toast looked delectable! The lunch menu looks good, as well. We’ll definitely be back.“

“Went on a Tuesday night which happened to be Karaoke night. It was a fun evening with a full house of people of all ages. I had the Lobster Bisque (excellent) and the fried clams, also good. I intend to make it a regular stop. It is outdoor dining only.“

“Del Fuego has the BEST salsa sauce for chips. They provide their salsa and chips free!!! On one of my visits, Paige was just an awesome waitress!!! She knew the menu so she was easily able to make suggestions. She was super attentive and friendly and efficient. A real sweetheart. Unfortunately the salad lettuce was soggy but still the salad was tasty. The pulled pork burrito was good. Chips and salsa are always out of this world!!! Portions are great.“
