“We just purchased a new vehicle and was looking for somewhere casualty eat and we stopped in Off The Wall. Our server was bubbly without being disingenuous and the food OMG! I had a burger with a breaded stuffed hot pepper, one of the best ever! Onion rings to die for and they were doing 50 cent wings and got a single hot with ghost pepper. Just phenomenal. I live in the city of Buffalo but will definitely go back. The food is great. Do yourself a favor and try them, you wont regret it!!!!“

“Panera Bread is pretty decent. In my opinion the prices are a little high, but you really are getting fresher foods with few to no preservatives in it. The morning crew at this location are great, friendly, and helpful. Overall, you could do a heck of a lot worse looking for a nice salad and/or sandwich or soup.“

“Just savored Chef Scottie's homemade roasted red pepper and smoked gouda soup and his brisket poutine. The pride he takes in creating these dishes and his expertise are found in every bite. “First of all let's give 5 stars to Mitchell. This young man must have a PHD in Customer Service. I was a customer on 11/15. I was celebrating my birthday with my Scorpio twin. We were joined by 2 of our other female friends. The service was flawless: from remembering everyone's name at my table plus the surrounding tables, always checking in never having to look for him.He personalized the entire dining experience. Always smiling and laughing along with us. He maintained his level of professionalism, while still being friendly. Ladies and gentlemen the MAESTRO of Customer Service was definitely in the building. “She is such a gifted cook!! The food is delicious. I’m kind of picky ans I LOVE everything. Not one thing I haven’t liked which is not usual for me at all!!! My 4 year old loves her food too. It’s reasonably priced, packaged super convenient in good reusable containers not cheap plastic. I really can’t recommend this enough if you need a week off from cooking. We order a couple things and eat it alllllllllllll week!!!!“

“Went to lunchbox for a coffee and treat. And girlllll, I was not disappointed! I got the Decaf Americano, my usual fav, and today they had the chocolate peanut butter cake….WHATTTTT, made my whole day!!! It is amazing! “First time visiting here, I just wanted to explore the beauty of the place. Second time here, I definitely had to try their take on my favourite dessert - the cinnamon roll. I bought it with a hot chai tea latte. One word to describe my breakfast treat would be outstanding! Theo does a wonderful job inviting and bringing in warm hospitality, too. Chef's kiss, I'll gladly return! Keep up the great work!“

“Kyle is a top server. He honestly could easily be the ceo of OG if he used 100% of his sheer will and power. Fortunately he has been harnessed into providing the best service one can even think of and has used his powers for the good of the breadstick factory. There is no Kyle I would recommend more than the one at McKinley Parkway in Blasdell. For those out of town Kyle is the best attraction, highly would recommend driving multiple states over to experience the Olive Garden of a lifetime.“

“We stopped for breakfast on 5/2/23 with my elderly father after a Drs visit. Very friendly waitress and a group of Men who worked at GENERAL Mills were gathering, enjoying themselves. We enjoyed our breakfast and went to collect our bill only to find out that one of the gentleman paid for our breakfast!! I want to send our thanks and appreciation for your kind gratitude, Sir! “I’ve always had a great experience - the entire staff is “to blame” for that! Always had friendly service- even if the person walking by is not our server - they always smile and make eye contact, food has always been delicious. I’ve been there a few times with people who’ve never been- and we’ve always left with them talking about what a great choice of restaurant. Keep it up!!“

“They need better napkins. There napkins are tiny and are like using one sheet of 1 ply TP. They just disintegrate all over your mouth and hands. And they have some messy @$$ pizza and wings too. But it's all delicious and would def order again and recommend!“

“We were passing by from Michigan and I had seen a video about this place (actually the original but same recipe right) I love me some NY style and have grown to appreciate Detroit style. I heard this was a happy medium. I have to say, it is!
PICASSO'S HAS FANTASTIC PIZZA! You can tell they use good ingredients and really have a way of making a good pie.
The lack of 5 stars comes from the fact that my kid and I wanted pizza and looked at the pictures and saw some seating. After seeing how good the pizza is, we decided to go. But being out of town and passing we really could have used the seating. At that point we were so hungry and had called in, so we ate back at the hotel 20 mins back.
Had it been clear it was take out only we would have made the drive to another location. Not a huge issue, just disappointing for us and our particular situation.
However the food is 5 stars for sure. If you want to take out some phenomenal pizza, go here. If you want to sit down and eat, this is not the place for that.“

“Out of the blue my other 1/2 half wanted a salad from olive garden. Along with a cyo (create your own) pasta dish. Ordering on the website was easy and the food was ready for pickup on time. I got the tour of italy.
You pull into an OG to Go spot and respond to the email that you are there. A polite waiter brings the bag to your car. Pretty seamless.
Food was what you would expect from an Olive Garden. It was fine.“
