“Despite the negative reviews and the 3.2★ rating I didn't have a bad experience at this Dunkin'. This location is far from perfect, as my mobile order did not show up on their screen so I wasn't sure if it was being made, they were out of some donuts, and the employees don't speak much english, but overall it was a pretty typical Dunkin' experience.

Drinks were made right. Can't complain.“

“Yummmm live about 30 mins away and when they came they were still warm. We got. The Half&Half. Mozzarella & hotdog. All encrusted in the crunchiest little bite size potatoes. We also got two of the original. Yum. And of course we had to have the mochi donuts..flavors we had were Oreo strawberry (2) and a rainbow. 10 out of 10. Highly recommended. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ again we got delivery from a half hour drive and was spot on ! Try try try. You won’t be disappointed. ✌🏼“

“I ordered a lot and they forgot a few things. The guy behind the counter acted skeptically when I told him he had forgotten to give me some of the stuff I ordered. He never gave me a receipt so I could prove what I had paid for. Ultimately he gave me the rest of the order without much resistance, but it felt kinda shady like he assumed I wouldn't remember all the stuff I asked for. Sometimes it pays to be of a large and imposing size.

Parking: Adequate parking.

Wheelchair accessibility: I did not see any adequate wheelchair access. At least not from the parking lot where someone who might park actually try to enter the store from.“

“Tim Horton sausage egg n cheese on a croissant just took #1st place with its big block of cheese slice. Fried eggs that taste like made in DR. And the croissant is the best croissant I ever had. Sausage is just as delicious or more than other places. Sheesh. That brings down McDonald’s to 2nd place. Dunkin’ Donuts to 3rd place plus everyone else. And I think Tim sells the sandwich cheaper than everyone else but not 100% on this“

“I just went in for an Iced Green Tea w/ melted honey. I have been a coffee drinker for 15 years and just switched. Every dunkin I go to straight up refuses to even try to make it. Nobody cares.

The manager at this Dunkin Donuts not only cared enough to listen to my request, he made the drink PERFECT. I worked for Dunkin Donuts for about a year and it's like I made it myself.

“I left a bad review here once but they improved the service so much since then that I take it all back and deleted the review. Mobile orders have been ready quick and prepared correctly, food is good and service is friendly and quick. They do get really busy but try their best to keep up with the rush. The store and bathroom are very clean!“

“Every time I visit New York I stop by my favorite Dunkin Donuts shop in Long Island, the Hicksville Station Dunkin. This place is 24/7 and it's always reliable when I come back late from the city or just before and after visiting family.

The staff here work hard and this location being near the LIRR Station makes it a stop for all kinds of visitors. I've seen the staff deal with drunk, homeless, and sometimes even dangerous customers - yet they still keep as much professionality and service as they can.

“The regular coffee is really good when compared to most other places. This is particularly true when you compare Tim Hortons to Duncan Donuts and Starbucks. Duncan tastes very mild. Starbucks tastes like a mild espresso. Perhaps it's just me and my taste preference. In any case, I prefer Tim Hortons coffee and I like the fact that you can gas up at a reasonable price, get coffee, donuts or other snacks all in one place. In short, Tim Hortons is a much better place to visit than 7Eleven.“

Food and drinks are standard Dunkin’. Most of the time my coffee is spot on, and the breakfast sandwiches are decent. I’ve had a couple off days with stale donuts or a drink made wrong, but nothing major. Just depends on who’s working and how busy it is.
