“We had the most wonderful and delicious lunch at Atlantis this afternoon. I had the branzino lunch special with lentil soup and my sister had the chicken gyro lunch special also with lentil soup. We ate every last bite! The lunch special (M-F from 11-3) is a great deal with a reasonably portioned 3-course meal and a beverage for $25! The decor and ambiance was inviting and warm. The restaurant was clean and neat. The server was attentive and responsive. The food was savory and delicious. We highly recommend this gem.“

That was one of the most satisfying falafel platters we’ve had. Zucchini pancakes as an appetizer was perfect, too. Great portion, huge flavor. I don’t understand some of the dumb, negative reviews on here, so don’t go off of that. Come and see/try for yourself.“

“It is probably the Best Greek restaurant in the whole Bergen County. I was impressed with the layout, the waiters were very helpful, and gave us the best advice, even for the pickiest of us. After the Greek salad, crisp zucchini, and grilled calamari, the Pastitsio, Moussaka, and seafood Giouvetsi all cooked in clay pots filled us up, but then the lamb chops with lemon potatoes arrived, and nobody could resist them. For dessert we had a platter of galaktobureko"milkpie" and one called ekmek, that we could not decide which was the best. We will definitely come back, but we better fast in advance.“

Plus we ordered two sides - gigante beans and rice pilaf. The beans were absolutely delicious, however the rice pilaf was a big disappointment. First of all, it was not rice pilaf. It was basic basmati rice and worse was, it was seasoned with cilantro. Cilantro?? In a Greek rice side dish? And you pay $9.00.“
