“I had a few minutes to kill before I picked up somebody at LaGuardia airport. I stopped in because I couldn’t find anything else. Boy am I glad I did! That was one of the best burgers and fries I’ve ever had. The grilled onions on the burger were fabulous! And the woman who took my order was very sweet. I highly recommend this place. “I've been here a couple of times and the employees are always nice, it's always clean, and the food is always tasty. The Burger is a little small but it's the perfect taste and texture. And to be frank, the size is just enough for me, it's a smashed patty style of burger; thickness is not the goal. I love their options for toppings and sauces and my fries, which is a pretty good portion as well, taste fresh as well. Will absolutely go back for a lunch on the go“

“Okay first of all Mashallah 😍. I was born in the generation of Halalbee’s. First off, I got my order quickly! The man I spoke with had a mask on, and the restaurant was perfectly COVID compliant. The food?! AMAZING. Perfectly priced for the quality of what you’re getting. Definitely have the Double Decker with the Maple Beef Bacon! The Panko Chicken Nuggets were crispy, and fresh. The Truffle Fries were seasoned beautifully! Easily one of the most satisfying meals I’ve had in a long time. Excellent portions! I’d love to shake the owner’s hand, but that will have to wait until social distancing is behind us! I’m definitely bringing all my friends, and recommending this spot to my coworkers! “If you want your halal food made quickly and with quality come here. You can get any platter over rice for 10 dollars with a canned soda and fries included. They have a big selection with fair prices and the employees are respectful / hard working. “I ordered Birria Ramen for the first time and boy was I in for a treat. I was hesitant at first to try it. That being said, I thought just give it a try and you just might like it. Well, like is a mild word. I LOVED it! So tasty with just the right amount of seasonings. The ramen was al dente, not mushy. I hate mushy noodles. The sauce and the birria was sooo delicioso. It came in a large container that could easily have fed two people or if for one person, there was enough leftover to have a meal the next day, which happened to be exactly what I have done. Can't wait to eat it tonight for dinner.

So the moral of this story is give The Kitchen a try, if you have not as of yet. Order the absolutely delicious birria ramen and you will not be disappointed! As a matter of fact, I will try other offerings at The Kitchen. I sure the food will be as tasty as the birria ramen.“

“I came here on a wednesday night with my wife after a day of travelling and our waitress Nia was very helpful. My wife had some questions about the menu and Nia was very knowledgeable. We don't eat out often and Nia helped us understand the promotions on the menu. The drinks were strong and did not taste watered down. Overall I am very happy with this experience. This was a very filling and cost effective date.“

“The first time I went to Slutty Vegan was after a long Wellness Event and I was hungry AF. The atmosphere picked me up while I received my order with the quickness and was engaged by the staff. The girl who took our order was eating as she took our order, which was unexpected. She was nice enough though. There were not too many clean tables when we sat, but the same girl came to wipe them off when she had a chance. Football was on the two televisions, on a Sunday, which I guess is good for fans. “I've been eyeballing this place for months, waiting for it to open. I finally tried it last night. I was a little skeptical at first because I didn't know what the items on the Balkan side of the menu would be like. I took the risk and ordered the Balkan burger because I'm not too into traditional burgers.

The Balkan burger was SO good. The meat was perfectly seasoned and moist. The other toppings were fresh and evenly distributed. The sauce complemented everything so well. But my favorite part was the bread! It's Suman bread instead of traditional burger buns and omg it was so tasty. Very light and it had a light crispiness to it. It's also a good size so I was satisfied and full but did not feel greasy and gross as I usually do after eating burgers. The whole experience was 10/10. I will definitely be coming back for another Balkan burger soon!“

The reason I had to give them only five stars is just because they have me and my girlfriend water glasses of two very slightly different heights. It was subtle, but they were definitely NOT identical glasses. One was probably a centimeter taller (or the other was that much shorter, depending on how you look at it). Otherwise, the water tasted the same. The fries were also super good and so was the side salad.“
