“I can’t speak of the atmosphere as I have not had the opportunity to eat inside. Ever since the pandemic it doesn’t seem like they are open for business to eat inside. However, their food is AMAZING!!!! I’m from San Francisco where the food in China Town is exquisite. Since moving to Penfield I have tried all the local east side Chinese restaurants. None co late to this place. The chicken lo mein is fantastic. The pan fried pot stickers are to die for and definitely try the general tso chicken. It’s not too sweet like most places. I only wish this place delivered!!! I can’t find it available on grub hub, DoorDash or uber eats!!“

“I just wanted to Thank the employees at Wegmans, espically the Customer Service people and Custoidians as well as the rigister staff.I lost my hearing aid on Monday. I tried to track it with my app on my phone but couldn" t find it. The Front End Staff and Customer Service as well as the Helping hands tried to help as well. I left my name and number to call if they founf it and they also alertred the custoidial staff as well but I thought it was lost. Well the next afternoon I got a phone call saying they found it!! Special thanks to custoidal staff and Alex at the register for finding it and turning it into customer service! Wegmans has a very caring staff and although we are all under stress at this time with covid, they still take the time to care. I would recommend this store to anyone. “Good selection of lunch specials, very clean inside, no extra charges for small credit card orders and food is always ready quickly. Most importantly, if you want chop sticks there's no need to submit a request on triplicate forms along with two forms of ID and find a manager with vault keys like many places require - they're right in front of the counter next to the napkins and soy sauce.“

“After a long day at the Rochester General Hospital, was craving some Chinese food. While it's definitely tailored to American Chinese, it was very good and affordable compared to what I get in Seattle. Large portion sizes and free steamed rice with most dishes! Please note that they don't have indoor seating, it's take away only.

We ordered the home style garlic sauce tofu and human chicken. Both were served with a large (to me) size steamed rice. Full of vegetables and sauce.

Definitely recommend and we will be back for more. We are curious about the chicken and bananas 😆“

“I have been a customer for a long time & I spend a great amount of money when I order, but the last two times they only sent 1/2 of my order. The next time they gave a small soup not a large.one I called & was told they would give me a refund both times but didn't. Yesterday one of my orders was pineapple chicken & it wasn't very good, the chicken was very dry & not fresh it tasted old. I will give them credit for making the best egg foo young. of anyone I give it 5 stars.“

Parking: There is a parking lot outside of the Chinese food place. Enough to get in and get out. Food is delicious. I got pepper steak with fried rice and egg roll. Hubby got fried fish with shrimp fried rice and egg roll. He said he loved his.Try it you won't be disappointed“

Had salt/pepper squid, shrimp dumplings, shu mai, beef tripe and eggplant with shrimp! We drive there from North Country in Central NY because Syracuse doesn’t have authentic Dim Sun!“

“This is our favorite Chinese food in the area. Not only is the food always excellent but I liked watching their family grow with the children doing schoolwork while everyone worked. Then they shared each child's accomplishments on the wall with us. Now they are adults and I feel I am included and important in this family.

“It's an alright chinese restaurant. Real selling point is they're open after 7 downtown, which is more than can be said for literally any other "restaurant" that proposes to exist.

The food's just ok, but it's fine, the folks are friendly enough if you talk to them. There was a problem the other day where the card machine wasn't working -- it put two holds on my card! The consequence being that I couldn't pay with the card, and due to the holds I couldn't withdraw money to pay. But they gave me the food on credit, I just came back the next day and was able to pay with my card and retrieve the failure receipts to show my bank -- the holds were gone within a few days anyway.“
