“I am mad at myself for not coming here sooner. The food, drinks, service, ambiance - 10/10. They really did a wonderful job with this place. I haven't been this impressed with a place in a long time! Everything on the menu is delicious and on top of that, the cocktails are very reasonably priced. Cash only - ATM onsite if you forget. We are so happy to find a new place that we love!“
“The meeting SPOT! Conveniently across from the train ? station ?, close to the bronx River Pkwy. This is the joint! Whether youre dining in, taking out, watching the game or just meeting up with friends. It's perfectly named. The menu is off the charts and the food is wonderful. This bar restaurant needs to be reviewed. Any critic would be tickled to rate this joint. It's a real find.Parking: Whatcha gonna do!Wheelchair accessibility: Very“
“I absolute love this restaurant! The atmosphere is one of the best in Rockland. I recommend seeing Jenna and Carlos upstairs- They’re so welcoming, kind, and attentive. Drinks are out of this world! Service is quick. Food can’t be beat! Worth the visit!“
“Great place great people. I attended a function for Disabled Veterans it was Great ! We had raffles, great food. And the Volunteers were the best they had speakers that spoke to us not at us. Usually people donate space for us to have things but ! You don't meet the owners not these guys they talked & had fun wit us like we were friends and notLike we were Disabled Veterans it was Great ! Not one question about why my leg had Scars on it from surgeries they didn't even see my legs and I had onShorts . WOW great people. Oh boyThey had a kid there serving by the nameOf Conner this young man handled a room wit 30 grumpy, battle tested Marines,Army artillery, and special forcesWit ease He didn't break a sweatAnd knew the menu in his head and keptThe orders straight ??♂️could be my RTOMan any day. Thanks 4 the experience“
“Great little pub with an old school local vibe. Burgers and wings are very good. The wings are on the larger side so if you're more into the smaller wings with less meat on the bone you may not love them.My kids love the pizza. I'm a little more neutral on it due to the crust leaning a little towards a "store bought" type. But the sauce and toppings are spot on.The employees are great across the board. They all seem to enjoy working there vs just "having a job". Good place to hang with some friends or eat with the family.Parking: Depending on the time of day can be a little challenging.Kid-friendliness: Kid friendly in the dining room for sure. The bar area has high tops but I wouldn't say that space is kid friendly.Wheelchair accessibility: Not the easiest to access for people with disabilities.“
“Recently had a baby shower for my daughter at The Rail House. The food was delicious, service was excellent, everyone was so friendly and helpful. Amer is top notch--extremely accommodating from letting us decorate the room the night before, ensuring everything was in order throughout the party, providing gluten free options for one of our guests--truly treated us like family. Would definitely have more parties there as well as lunch or dinner.“
“Delicious food, my steak frites sandwich was cooked perfectly. The atmosphere is exactly what you want for a quick lunch, family dinner after little league, or at night with some good music and drinks.Parking: In a strip mallKid-friendliness: Nothing offensive, just a good place to eat.“
“Cori our server was awesome and made my daughter special chocolate milk. My kids rated their 10 out 10... not easy to get 3 kids to all like the same restaurant. Everything was delicious and fast service.Kid-friendliness: Special Kids meal and delicious“
“I stopped in after an evening rehearsal and was greeted kindly by the bartender. The kitchen was open late and I ordered the chicken tenders with french fries and let me tell you they were absolutely scrumptious! The beer on tap was also top notch and the calm ambience was just what I needed after a long day.Highly recommend you stop by and say hi!“
“This establishment is more like a three but had ample outdoor seating in a nice quiet area on a beautiful day that made the visit that much more enjoyable. The service wa excellent. The menu had a roast pork on garlic bread which was a diner staple that I have not seen on menus in years. However the garlic bread was not quite crisp enough and came with lettuce and tomato that detracted from the taste and experience. It came with an Asia Noodle Salad that was superb. We also had the Fish and Chips which was breaded nicely and the fish was excellent. It was accomanied by steak fries that I though could have been a little crisper and a creamy Cole Slaw that hit the spot. On tap was a cold house Cream Ale that was spot on. All in all, a nice afternoon out and will come back to again and try the Shepherds Pie if we are in the area. Also the menu had quite a few Gluten Free desserts.“
“Fantastic service, delicious flavors, welcoming and friendly atmosphere. Highly recommend the sweet potato fries!!! Wonderfully crispy and sweet; perfectly french fried! This place is a cozy neighborhood bar with American fare and a British pub flair. The service was friendly and welcoming. The best thing we tried was the sweet potato fires and the firecrackers calamari. Both were cooked wonderfully. The selection of beer and wine is adequate for anyone coming in for a meal or just to wet their whistle. Cash and credit are both accepted. Bathrooms are available for the public. Dining inside and outside is available. An interesting surprise was the Colman's mustard on the table, which was a very delicious condiment to add to the meal. 01/2024Parking: Metered street parking“
“I love this place! They offer splendid meals, they have a rich menu, The chief cook in that spot is a real authority in the kitchen, I love very much tasting all their food. The dishes are consistently of high qualtity, the service towards the clients is agreeable. I often eat in this place and I was never discontended. I recommend this place.“
“This cute and cozy wine bar has been opened for quite a while and I just decided to stop by a few weeks ago. I paired shrimp pizza with a glass of sauvignon blanc and it did not disappoint. The staff are very friendly and you'll always run into some neighborhood locals. Definitely a New Rochelle staple and you should stop by if you can. It's great for a low key date night for a cool vibe.“
“I love dive bars. This is a fun place. Prices are very good too. 8 guys going out during the week, we had chicken wings, salad, buckets of muscles. We share steak heroes with cheese dipping sauce and fries. Plenty of beers and drinks too. With tip 46 per person.“
“Great find. Quiet rainy day but the food was hot and good. A Blat (bacon lettuce avocado tomato with perfectly well done fries) and the pic of the chicken over spaghetti was as good as it looks. And the appy . Not too far to go again. Service was also good. Nice selection of items including GF.“
