The waitress will ask you what you would like to drink and will bring out your coffee with a glass of milk in like 2 minutes! I ordered pancakes with eggs over easy and bacon. It was out in about 5 minutes! Hot, fresh, and good portions too!They are cash only but have an ATM in the back. I believe their hours are 6am to 3pm so if you're looking for a quick breakfast or lunch, then this is the place! Can't beat the prices either! I found my regular brunch spot!“

Burgers cooked medium with a touch of pink and full size for a filling meal. The baked potatoes while nicely sliced and given with a container of sour cream / or the like- with a pat of butter, were hard- not sure if they were over or undercooked. They never mistaken my impossible burger for a real burger, which has happened to me many times with other burger places.Just one complaint...too much salt!! The menu for brunch had so many good options I changed my mind 3 times, but was talked into the Gruyère burger with an egg on it. It ended up being one of the best burgers I have had in a long time. The fries were good too. Everyone was very happy with their meals . The drinks were good and the tres leches bread pudding was out of this world.Our waitress was amazing she was helpful and extremely nice.Overall we had an amazing experience and will definitely be back to try some other options on the menu.“

“Always a special night at Grasso's. We've been coming since before the new owners. And it is better than ever. They serve a fresh baked roll with a hint of garlic when you sit down. For entrees, we have had the bone in veal chop twice, both times really large, and excellent. Previously parmigiano and last night with an incredible mushroom sauce, so good. We have had the zucchini linguini every time we dine here since we first tried it. It is all veggies, and all delicious. Ended with decaf coffee and decaf cappuccino, hot and impossible to distinguish from caffeinated coffee. I do not add milk to coffee if the restaurant does it right, which Grasso's always does. Served with biscotti I'm pretty sure came from a good bakery, not a package. Always live music, and where else can you find that on Long Island?“

“Made a reservation here for restaurant week. Apparently didn't need one. The place has its own parking lot with about a dozen spots. We entered the building which took us into the bar, which was bustling. The dining room was quaint, with some really nice booths and a fireplace that should have been lit. Our server was a good looking young man, pleasant, not overbearing with a sense of humor. We opted to include an additional appetizer of baked clams to our meal, along with the crab cake and winter salad, which I forgot to take photos of. My friend opted for the lamb chops while I had the branzino piccata. Yummy, although the menu never stated that the fish was served over a shrimp risotto. (I'm allergic to shrimp). Only 1 bone in the fish, so I was lucky. Our dessert consisted of tiramisu and rainbow cookie cheesecake. I was "fortunate" to get the last piece although not very cheesecake-y. All in all we had a nice dinner and will maybe return for another meal.“

“I went to Monroe’s for brunch with a group of 11 people to celebrate a birthday. David and Frank were our servers and they took amazing care of us. Our whole group did the bottomless brunch option and our glasses were never empty because they were quick to refill them. They also continuously checked on us to make sure we had everything we wanted. The food was great! I had the sliced steak sandwich, it was delicious. The french fries and home fries were exceptional and perfectly seasoned. Everyone was happy with the food they ordered. I highly recommend visiting Monroe’s. We will definitely be back!“

“Started going here a little while back for the Subculture nights hosted by Dj Cody and from the first visit knew this was a great place. Johnny the bartender is a great guy and a class act and a really attentive bartender. The service is great here and you never wait a long time to get a drink no matter how many people are there. Along with great service the atmosphere is pretty cool and the nights are always fun. Definitely worth the trip whether you live close or have to travel a bit. “I had my baby shower at Goldy's Gems in November of 2023 and was absolutely thrilled by the customer service, food and atmosphere. Our guests raved about the food and how their glass was never empty, thanks to the chef, servers/bartenders! It's such a trendy place and gives off awesome vibes. We enjoyed the shower so much, that we wanted to hold our son's Baptism at another one of the restaurant groups locations. We chose to have the event at Post Office cafe and once again they knocked our socks off. We were fans just on an ordinary day, so we just knew the events would be even better and we were right. Melissa, Chris, Chris and our servers/bartender once again were amazing in every way. During our planning we also found out they just had a renovation in our event room that made it look so bright and welcoming. The staff is extremely accommodating, especially on the day of when it comes to decor setup. We were able to bring our decor earlier in the day and then have someone set up about a half hour-hour early so that when our guests arrived all was in its place. The staff at Post Office even offered to assist with some setup as long as it was simple placement. If you are ever in need of an event space, I would highly suggest Post Office Cafe and Goldy's Gems or any restaurant in this restaurant group, you just can't go wrong!“

But I decided to take the risk and bring him on a mini date because there's only so many visits this mommy can take to Chik-fil-A and it turned out great. He was on his good behavior and tried the mushroom risotto, which I told him was cheesy rice with my short rib and he has a cheese burger and fries. They did forget to put cheese on his burger which he was quick to point out but that was a quick fix, the staff was quick to melt a slice of cheese on his burger and brought it back out quick. My only semi-compliant was a side was small sweet potato smash was $12 which was the same cost of his burger and fries. Otherwise, everything was great, staff was attentive and we had a fun time. It was excellent. My wife had the Spaghetti Squash with the pesto sauce. It was very good, on the smaller size, but a nice plate. I ordered one of the St. Patrick's specials, Corned Beef, Cabbage and potato entree. I was disappointed in the meal.
