“Awesome Fresh Sushi every time!“

“Today I stopped at Panera Bread for lunch. I was greeted nicely but was shocked to be told that they do not take $100.00 dollar bills. Why in the world would a restaurant chain tell me such a thing. There are so many tools available to them to ensure the integrity of the bills they are taking. I really should have walked out and found some place else to eat.“

“Fantastic Eastern European fare. Love the Beets and Butter side dish. Akin to Vaselka but closer to home. Definitely coming back to try different things on the menu like the borsht and the blintzes.“

“We came in with a beastly group of about a dozen, and the kitchen handled the table with impressive speed. The food came out fast in steady waves, which kept everyone busy passing plates and eating without any lull. Every single dish hit the mark. The geek in me love the technology - from ordering on the tablets, to easy sign up on the app, to contactless payments.

Dim Sum & Starters
- Har Gow: Plump whole shrimp with wrappers that held together cleanly when picked up.
- Sticky Rice Shao Mai: Hearty and deeply savory, easily one of the table favorites.
- Scallion Pancake: Light, flaky layers without the grease you often get elsewhere.
- Sesame Balls: Fried crisp on the outside with the right amount of chew.

Entrees & Wok Mains
- Chongqing Spicy Chicken (La Zi Ji): Crispy bites packed with fragrant chilies and a great numbing heat.
- Mapo Tofu: Silky texture with a rich, warming kick that worked perfectly over rice.
- Pickled Mustard Green Fish Soup: Tart, comforting, and packed with tender fish slices. Unexpectedly a soup - we expected this to be stir fried (didn’t read enough)
- Shrimp with Bok Choy: Fresh greens with a satisfying snap and generously sized shrimp.
- Stir-Fried Udon: Good wok char on thick noodles that stayed bouncy.
- Chicken with Broccoli: Tender chicken and crisp broccoli in a clean, savory garlic glaze.
- Sesame Chicken: Sweet, crunchy, and vanished quickly with our crowd.
- Yeoungchow Fried Rice: Fluffy and light, acting as a great base for the spicy mains.

The staff kept our tea topped off, plates cleared, and the pace moving from start to finish. A reliable spot in the area when you have a big group of hungry people that wants variety and quality.“

“An absolute and unexpected fantastic experience. The high quality food was freshly prepared and the service was so polite and friendly. They really understand takeout and pack the sauces and liquids separately so the food doesn't become soggy. The sushi and sashimi are prepared to order but they are very efficient and the wait time is not so long. Mizu is a huge step up from the usual asian takeout. It's restaurant quality.“

“As a former executive chef, and hospitality professional I’ve learned to manage expectations in fast casual restaurants. Well, to my surprise, Burger Village exceeded all expectations . Arriving for a movie 90 minutes early gave us time to find a place to eat. I had reviewed the few options and Burger Villages natural menu seemed like a great choice. We were greeted (by one of the owners) and promptly met with a smiling server. Drinks, yes. Natural coke, iced tea. Then dinner. One turkey burger with sweet potato fries and one specialty burger with their house sauce and my favorite waffle fries. Both arrived hot and the burger juicy. Both cooked exactly as requested. My medium rare was perfect. Unfortunately, I didn’t anticipate the “heat” or spice of the sauce. Pria, the owner asked if everything was okay. This was a good sign. I mentioned the heat and she insisted on remaking the burger without the sauce asap. She said - “I want you to have a great experience “ wow - in all my years of coaching hospitality professionals I rarely saw this level of care and concern flow so organically. Bravo - we ate, we paid, we promised to come back. A perfect example of owners who care, a team to responded to a challenge and a process at work to overcome challenges. 10 out of 10. “A nice place to go for a coffee or a bite to eat. Mon. through Fri. during the afternoon hours there is a woman working who takes care of the coffee among her other duties. Panera is lucky to have her. She is always working hard and the coffee is always fresh and tasty. She is also friendly and personable with the customers . Just hope the management know what a gem they have in her.“

“I've been coming to the Roast Sandwich House about six times over the last 3 months, there's a young man here named Gio he is very courteous and if efficient and processing our orders and recommending the specials each week when we come here. Good staff is hard to come by and he probably deserves a raise. We seem to eat out a lot around the island and he is probably one of the best servers I've seen.“

One of the first few times I ordered delivery from them I was about to give my card number and I just picked the card up from my lap and while I was doing that the lady yelled into my ear "hellooo" it was a loud and long hello and i apologized, it was just one split second and I just can't believe the impatience someone can have if they're in the customer service business.If your going to ask if the customer if there still there just do it politely. I love the food here and this establishment just learn some manners please.“

Tonight we ordered delivery bc of chaotic kids schedules and DoorDash messed up but Jason was awesome and called them back and insisted they send a new driver and also gave us free cookies to make up for the delay, even though it wasn’t Panera’s fault. “As a local for 34 years this has been my goto for takeout. But like most businesses it has slid a little post pandemic but I still feel it is the best takeout Chinese north of the Turnpike. My faves are spring rolls, steamed wontons in garlic sauce, spare ribs, boneless ribs, moo shu, chow fun, chow mei fun, beef with mushrooms, spicy Sichuan beef and lo mein.

One minor pet peeve. I love hot and sour soup. Their's is good. It is hot and it is sour but how is this hot and sour soup when there is NO meat, NO Sichuan pickles and NO black woodear mushrooms in it? If you love tofu and button mushrooms and are vegan you will most likely love it. A little disappointing but as I said, minor. Just order the wonton soup as they make some of the best wontons I've ever tasted. Nice thin skins with deliciously seasoned pork filling.

I've never had an issue with the service. Or with glove wearing. And never gotten sick. And their on-line ordering page works great. Convenient and very good food.“

“While Sarai was very friendly in taking my two orders, she does not seem to actually know the menu or how to enter the order. I did not receive what I actually ordered but was able to deconstruct the sandwich I didn’t order and still eat the food. The food tasted good albeit not what I ordered. I would suggest some additional training or perhaps she is new and still learning.“
