“went to Big Sal's for the first time today. it will definitely be added as a favorite place to eat can't wait to go back. the food was amazing and the service was great. serving sizes were huge. you can easily feed 2 or more people from one order. only disappointment was they ran out of eggplant. will be my go to order next time.“

“I just had the best customer service experience for a takeout order. As someone who works in the industry, I know sometimes takeout orders aren’t always priority. The new manager Jade answered with the friendliest voice, she offered additional items that I was inclined to try and did order, and then also informed me of deals then ended up saving me money. What an absolute pleasure! I asked how I could tip her personally, but since it was door dash it wasn’t possible. I intend to tip her in person on my next visit, but in the meantime I’ll give the tip of my appreciation! “This is the only place I will go for a pie. One size, cash only. My go to is pepperoni always. Bill has always been consistent with his pies with quality and taste. The pies are massive, the pepperoni appropriately spread. You can tell this is a form of art with each bite you take, the love can be tasted. Much love for the amazing pies and this small business.“

“Overall was a good time , the only thing I didn’t like was you can’t just pay for a game now. You pay for an hour (or more ) and even if you’re in the middle of a game it’ll shut off and you have to pay again to have it turned back on to finish the game or just call it a day and not finish whatever game you were on. Otherwise , fun little place for the kids and even the adults !“

“we ordered delivery on 12/3 waited three hours to be told the food was delivered elsewhere due to driver error..no big deal. Although this was very frustrating I feel that this has been resolved. “We’ve had pizza from here for years- usually pretty decent. Ordered 2 large pizzas on Sunday for take out and the quality has significantly deteriorated from pizza in the past. Maybe more training for new workers? Maybe they don’t care as much?“

“In a busy post-eclipse Plattsburgh, I would have settled for anything and been glad to have it. We saw "Italian" and some empty parking spaces and the decision was made. What we got was friendly attentive service, absolutely terrific food freshly made to order, and very attractive prices. If you are looking for casual dining and wonderful food, you cannot do better.
