“OMG. One of my fav coffee places in Central NY. Outside of Italy, this place has the next best coffee (no joke) in CNY. Well, OK, maybe Recess coffee is up there, too. Great place to gather w/ friends or just enjoy the warm, friendly atmosphere. Lite menu offers good food choices, too. Staff is amazing. You MUST check out this hidden gem.“

“Update July 1st, 2026 stopped back into Gabrielle Chocolates & Ice cream with my wife and met Gabrielle in person. She could not have been nicer!!We both had some great Sundaes and Gabrielle gave us some high quality hard ice cream to make up for the one night that we didn’t have a fulfilling experience.
We’ve been going to the shop for many years and will start going again. Thank you very much! :-)

The waffle cone is much smaller with much smaller scoops on it. Ordered two two scoop cones, and we both wanted more ice cream. Quality is very good however. Will probably not return.“

“There's a limited menu but the pizza is awesome. They have a wonderful, very informative and friendly staff. It is a bit load but that's normal for this type of establishment. Looking forward to trying their seafood boil and checking out some bands.“

“Finally got to try some of their food after seeing them online over a year but missing their food trucks whenever they were in town. AMAZING!!! I got a beef quesadilla and my bf got a birria beef rice bowl. both fantastic!! (we both favored the quesadilla a little though). Highly recommend their food! The owner is an absolute sweetheart as well 💕“

“I wanted an iced Chai, but I did forget to say iced. I got a warm chai. I tasted it and I loved it. My two buddies got their stuff and we were chilling and enjoying our purchases. The batista stops by our table and I told him I forgot to say "iced" and he was willing to get me an iced chai. That is my go to place from now on. I kept the one he gave me and told him I really liked the extra chaieeness of the chai. Been to other places and they seem to be watered down some. This was more chaiee...“

“I had no idea there was an ice cream place here until today and it was such a pleasure to eat here! The ice cream tastes phenomenal and they have fun sundaes and shakes to try (s'more, unicorn etc). The staff were friendly and the atmosphere was nice, tables were clean. I will definitely be coming back!

I had 3 scoops of ice cream with the flavors of sugar cookie ice cream (it contained streaks of pink icing), strawberry, which I loved as it didn't have that fake strawberry flavor but had real chunks of strawberries in it which is my favorite, and cookie dough. All three flavors delivered. My friend ordered the s'mores sundae and it looked tasty. Give this place a try!“
