They've gotten so full of themselves lately that they wont even take an order over the phone from a weekly customer. And when you call, they will let the phone ring for awhile, pick up, put you on hold for an extended period of time, then just hang up. I guess they're so successful now that their regular and supportive customers are not their priority.
