“My husband and I went to JB’s Friday. My husband had the prime rib, he said it was the best he’s ever had. I had the pork bbq nachos 1/2 order they were remarkably delicious. The service was a 10 they get 10 stars not 5!!“

“Amazing place, the Naples Hotel! We stayed for two nights, and absolutely loved the experience. Slept awesome in the big comfy bed. Ate at the bar one night, and in the main dining room the next night. Met the owners of the hotel, Destiny and Tom, and they were super friendly and helpful. “Passing by yesterday from Hammondsport to Canandaigua my wife and I decided to stop. WOW, are we glad we did!!! Had one of the best Burger’s anywhere— with a great roll! The fries were cut— not the cheap and gross coated ones like everyplace seems to be serving today. Good beer selection on tap and the friendly service was second to NONE!!! Knucks to the chef and cooking staff👊🏼 the kicker… the prices are where they should be!!! We’ll def be back— thank you!!!“

“We had two very different experiences at Lakeside Louie’s during our trip, but our first visit was excellent. We came on Sunday when the place was packed, and our server was exceptional. He was moving constantly, stayed on top of everything, and still made us feel well taken care of. The service was impressive, especially given how busy the restaurant was.

We returned later in the week on a much quieter evening, with only a few occupied tables and plenty of staff present. Unfortunately, the service on that visit felt noticeably less welcoming. Our server was curt and not especially helpful, and we came away with the impression that she did not intend to provide the same level of service we had received before.

Overall, we had a good experience at Lakeside Louie’s and would still recommend it based on our Sunday visit. Just be aware that the service can vary substantially depending on who is taking care of your table.“
