“Delicious delicious food, really chill atmosphere and friendly service. It was or first time having serbian food, so we asked for recommendations and it was spot on. Recommend the sarma (cabbage rolls), cevapi (meat sausages) and the spinach&cheese burek. Note that it's a small place (there's 5 tables), so there might be a bit of a wait. Also, they sell their typical sauce (delicious!). Will definitely come back“

“Amazing experience!! I go here RELIGIOUSLY, no other restaurant compares. I’ve tried other places but always come back to Taza. Their food is fresh, delicious and have a variety of options, not to mention with the best price. All the workers are super nice and are VERY generous with their servings, especially for the bowl. They truly care about their customers happiness. They closed for a few days for renovations and I swear I was having withdrawals. But 10/10, I HIGHLY recommend this place.

“I came here with my boyfriend late on a cold night. Immediately we were welcomed by the owner with a sample of two soups lentil and harira. Harira soup was amazing, a flavor bomb! We picked Lamb in a pita and Middle Eastern meat combo. The meat was so fresh, so juicy so perfectly seasoned we couldn't get enough. All the veggies that were served with it were so fresh, the baba ghanoush, Tahini, hummus and eggplant in tomato sauce were just making the platter so diverse you want to keep coming back for more.
Samosas were so flaky, little spicy but in the best way!
Baklava was so crunchy! Ive never had this fresh and crunchy of a baklava before.
Im coming back for more!

Their Dutch baby “Primadonna” pancake and lobster roll are to die for. Much of what is on the menu it’s imported from Italy of the finest ingredients. It’s always fun to take the ferry across from Manhattan to the Pepsi Cola Sign and walk a couple of blocks. They can accommodate large groups, children, pets, wheelchairs, (you name it) at their outdoor seating. Run there. 😊💕“

They have Gozleme (Turkish Pancake) with Cheese, Potato or Spinach, amazing grilled fresh fish, chicken gyro, falafel, tacos… Even Turkish Tea. Thank you for bringing this wonderful menu to us.

If you have any dietary restrictions this place got you covered. Clear indications for Vegan, vegetarian, GF options. We had the zucchini croquettes and the halumi sandwiches both were delicious. Good old school NY vibes.“

“We went to this restaurant on Sunday evening without having very high expectations, but the mixed kebab was absolutely delicious. The staff were also very friendly and provided excellent service. We later ordered a dessert that I had never tried before — it had a very unique texture and was filled with cheese. “My family and I went to Veranda restaurant in Bayside yesterday for. Birthday dinner. The restaurant is well located, with street parking and valet service as well. There’s an outdoor patio, that for obvious reason we couldn’t use. The temperatures in NY have been in the single digits lately. The food and the service were on another level! Gregory was very attentive, welcoming and friendly. The food was finger liking good! I had the pan seared scallops with spinach risotto and OMG. I can’t wait to go back. Everyone was pleased with the their food choices and I highly recommend this place, unfortunately I didn’t take pics of everyone’s food. Only if mine, I hope you find this review useful.
