Finally visited this place which I have always walked by and was curious about. The drink was really delicious. Azuki beans were amazing too
EDIT#2: I finally got to try the new Papaya Mango Coconut slush and it was really good with alot of papaya flavor and pieces of the papaya fruit. That drink is a 5 stars one. As usual, the Peach Four Season Fusion is also great.

Excellent and milk teas on offer and customization options. I love the option to have no sugar and hot bubble tea. Docked one star because there are always about four or five tapioca pearls that are still raw in the middle.
