Tonight, I requested a menu item that had been tweaked, as they constantly evolve their offerings to keep new and exciting dishes at the forefront. When I asked for it, they didn’t hesitate or give the usual “not sure we can” response—which would have been understandable, especially since the place was packed. Instead, I was assured they would do their best, and if it couldn’t be made, it would be personally explained to me. Adrienne, who made this possible and is essentially the director of the restaurant, bars, and lounge—a demanding role, especially on a busy day—went above and beyond, and I am so thankful to her. The dish was fantastically prepared, and I deeply appreciate both the food and the service. Bradley and others also stopped by to say hello and see if there was anything else they could help with.
