It was great on Pierce Avenue, when it was both locations, and it's still going strong solely on The Blvd. I have RARELY encountered a restaurant that is consistent EVERY SINGLE TIME. You crave what you got the last three times? It will be JUST AS GOOD the fourth time you order it. Consistency is so important when running a business; It shouldn't depend on who is working that day, what mood the cook is in, etc... This is how you do it. “My daughter and I are in town on vacation and decided to try Matty’s Pizzeria for takeout, and we are so glad we did! We ordered a steak calzone, boneless wings, and extra ranch, and everything was absolutely delicious. The food was hot, fresh, and full of flavor. I also have to give a shoutout to the lady at the front counter. We asked for extra ranch, and she completely hooked us up! She went out of her way to make sure we had plenty, and that level of customer service really stood out. We enjoyed our dinner so much after a long day and will definitely be back the next time we’re in the area. Highly recommend!“

Nothing dry about the pizza at all. The sweet pizza had a perfect amount of sweetness and wasn’t overly sweet at all! The traditional pizza had a perfect amount of sweetness and a hint of tart from the red sauce in which is how I love my pizzas in both aspects! The service was amazing as well.
