“Totally unexpected experience! We where greated with charm and fantastic smiles. Ordered a Pizza and was asked if we would sign the Pink Train, because we're from out of town. Before we knew it we had a pizza in hand and out to the car. Pizza was some of the best ever.. Nice thin crust, excellent sauce and great cheese. If your heading south on 87 it a beautiful detor through Ravena, NY adds less then 10 min to your trip and calms the mind. Find the special message I left you on the Rose.“
“Vegetarian options: I love ricotta cheese and broccoli and they had it available for slices. I am not vegetarian so I did not tell them to separate the slices from the pepperoni, but I'm sure they would if that is a preference of yours.“
“We just ordered for the first time today… our order accidentally got messed up and the owner realized it and called us after it was delivered and they delivered the entire correct order without us even having to ask… he insisted they make it right! Great customer service and obviously the pizza was really great too!! Definitely recommend :)“
“My family, friends, and I are constantly pleased with Nic's! The restaurant itself is immaculate. No exaggeration, probably the cleanest restaurant I have ever eaten in. I have dined at Nic's probably around 20 times, and I have never had a bad meal. All food is fresh and prepared daily right in the kitchen. We are fortunate to have a place like Nic's here in East Greenbush. The owners are hands-on, and it shows in every aspect of the business. Thanks again for a great meal.“
“First time for me and I loved it. I try and eat gluten free so Italian can be a bit boring. But La Bella did a great job. The space looks small from the outside but it is not cramped. I can't wait to go back. My spouse recommended it and I see why now.“
“Best pizza in Columbia county. Crust is amazing, ingredients are great, staff is excellent. The Bahama mama sounds weird buts it's delicious, rest of house pizzas are great. Try the Canadian bacon, pineapple, and banana peppers.Vegetarian options: They have a bunch. I like getting a pizza with olives, red onion, broccoli, artichokes and banana peppers“
“I was searching for places to eat in the local area and this place popped up. I don’t normally leave reviews but I feel compelled as the food was great, in large portions, and the pizza is something that I have not stopped thinking about. The waitress was incredibly friendly too and it added to the loving ambiance that comes the feeling of a family owned restaurant. It’s nice to see that a family business has been open for as long as it has! The salad’s were fresh, and thankfully they sell the dressing by the bottle because I kept wanting more. The decor could use some updating. The Grecian painting on the walls looks like it’s been there since the 80’s.“
“I ordered a gluten free dairy free vegetable pizza . It was a personnel size 12 inch pizza. It was very good I ate 1/2 of it. It’s so hard to find a really good pizza when you’re Gf & DF but this place Pizza My Love was fantastic. Also had the chicken wings. They were so very nice and crispy they way I like them. Thank you Pizza My Love. Love the name?❤️??“
“Good pizza for a good price. I got 4 slices and 2 drinks for $16 (including tax). The pizza crust was really good (thin crust). The staff were very friendly. The restaurant itself is small but nice, it was clean and had some fun arcade games and a TV. Overall I would recommend it, I stopped here for lunch while I was in the area and I wasn't disappointed.“
“Had the double pepperoni Sicilian. It was so delicious!!! Best pizza I've had since I moved to NY 8 years ago. Can't wait till they open up the Voorheesville location. Then I'll only be 2 minutes away instead of 20.Parking: If you get there before the rush there's plenty of parking, otherwise you would have to park in the shopping center across the street.“
“Another reviewer seems to have a personal crisis about Brooklyn and city people, so maybe she had it out for this place because of the "B" word in the name. And it's hard to say what "Brooklyn Style" is...that's a pretty big tent, and even if the people are from Brooklyn, it takes some cajones to name your joint "Brooklyn Style Pizza."Anyway, we were driving through the area and tried this joint. Thankfully, this place was quite good. Initially I thought the pizza was a little boring (very "friendly" sauce, bright, but not too herby, acidic, or sweet). The cheese was very mild in flavor, lacking the nutty bite you get in a typical good slice joint...I'm not sure what it was.But stay with me. Their pizza grew on me. Pizza is personal and I respect their take. Most importantly, points on their dough, which is the hardest part of a pizza to get right. It's hard to get dough airy, thin and toothsome. This one kept a foot in New York but was looking towards Naples with the lightness. Really good on reheat.Garlic knots were straight-up excellent the day we had them. They would be excellent in Brooklyn, too.One request: put your prices on your website, please.“
“Honestly, probably one of the best places I’ve eaten at, ever. The owner is super nice, and the food was even nicer. I watched the Mario movie while I ate the Stromboli, and for real, I’ve never felt more like a Pisano in my whole life.“
“Formerly Carmine's, TJ's Pizza 2 is a casual pizza restaurant serving breakfast, lunch, and dinner. They serve up a variety of Italian, American, and Mexican food including traditional & specialty pizzas, calzones, pasta dishes, subs, wraps, paninis, sandwiches, burgers, salads, appetizers, tacos, burritos, enchiladas, quesadillas, chimichangas, and desserts. The breakfast menu offers egg dishes, omelettes, pancakes, French toast, waffles, breakfast sandwiches and breakfast sides. The prices here seem pretty reasonable. While traveling through Coxsackie on a snowy day, I decided to stop in at TJ's Pizza 2 for a calzone. The porch steps were a bit slippery, hanging onto the rail and the staff salted the walk before taking my order. The place is order at the counter and there is ample seating in the dining room. I ordered a Steak & Cheese Calzone with Sausage ($11.25 plus tax) which was made to order and ready in about 12 minutes. The calzone was very tasty in a soft and slightly chewy dough pocket filled with shaved steak, peppers, onions, mushrooms, mozzarella & ricotta cheeses, served with a zesty tomato sauce on the side. I enjoyed my hot calzone back in the vehicle while enjoying a caffeinated refreshment and watching the snow fall. I will have to stop by again to try out their breakfast!“
“The food is hit or miss. Lately it’s been very good, very fresh and prepared fast. The staff are generally pleasant to speak to. I like the new function of adding a phone number to build up incentives. Seating could be a bit nicer to lounge. But otherwise it’s great to order ahead and take out. Try the pickles and try the ambrosia salad! And the Reuben! YUM.“
“We love Paul's Pizza! It's our go to at the halfway point between home and the Lake.... The garlic knots are insanely good!Parking: Large parking lot, we've parked with an RV in tow.Kid-friendliness: My kids love their tenders.“
“Steven this one is for you. This review is for 485 Delaware Ave Albany.I came across this spot as a last minute I don't feel like cooking. Originally, I was going to grab just a slice of pizza. The place was empty but super clean. Before I go inside I see this guy come out, here is how the conversation went. Me:Hey how is the food inside. Guy: the food is delicious I promise.Me: you must work here.Guy: yes.Me: oh that's why you say the food is. If it's not good I know what car you're driving.. we both laugh.Him: tell them to make you a fresh small pizza.Me: okI must say the pizza was pretty darn good. I asked for a crispy bottom and they delivered. The dough was not thick. More like thin crust. Guys I'm 3 slices in. My new friend is Steven. You were right it was good thank you. We friends now. Oh wait shout to the gentleman that brought the pizza to my car.“
“This is great New York pizza! One of the best in Albany. And we are pizza obsessed. For a classic New York style pizza, the crust was crunchy and well done, sauce has a good balance of acidity and the right amount of cheese to sauce ratio. We did pickup for a large pie. 20 mins later from pick-up, crust is still crunchy without having to reheat the pizza“
“Best pizza in Ravena, hands down. We just had my daughter’s birthday party and fed 50 people with 13 pizzas. The pizzas were ready on time and all piping hot. People actually called me after the party asking where the pizza had come from and one person said the white broccoli pizza was the best she ever had. We love this place!“
