“For a high traffic fast food place, this Burger King is doing pretty well. Workers are usually kind and get started on your order right away. Sometimes, there is a bit of a wait, but there are mobile and drive-through orders coming in, so it's understandable. Bathrooms can be gross if you stop by at a busy time. Tables need to be cleared with more frequency. There are a lot of customers that don't clean up after themselves. Each time I've visited the food has been hot and freshly made! Will be returning.

Vegetarian options: There are vegetarian options. Just make sure to read the menu properly. The vegetarian options are usually cooked on the same grill as the meat. This doesn't bother me, but you may be able to have your food cooked separately if you ask staff kindly.

Parking: There is parking available, but if you are visiting during a rush, this may be limited. Plan accordingly. Staff cannot control which customers choose to park and dine inside.

“I ordered on the keyoisk and it was easy. Didn't wait long for my food. The lady behind the counter was working really hard and is a total Rockstar. My only complaint is they didn't give me ketchup for my fries and the wifi was not working. I did try to get ketchup but, it was crazy behind the counter.“

“Saw this on grubhub and since it was close by, decided to visit. Both burger and milkshake were excellent and done perfectly for my taste. Total cost was pretty good value and the space was clean and comfortable. Only drawback was that it was pretty busy, so order took a while and also I can see it might be difficult to get a seat during peak hours. Good thing most people are in and out pretty quickly. Also, there was a credit card processing fee if you choose to pay by card, which I thought was a bit uncommon in NY..“

Our female server should get a raise for her care and consideration. However the male server was highly unprofessional. He was shouting and swearing at a game and playing on his phone while dealing with us. Gave the general impression that he was annoyed there were customers. Only other bugbear was there were two lots of music being played over the top of each other. Please pick one and stick to it.“

“My wife and I visited Handcraft Burgers and Brews for my birthday this past weekend. As soon as my wife opened the menu she knew that I was going to have to try the burger of the month which was a peanut butter and grape jelly topped hamburger with jalapenos, bacon and cheese. Admittedly I have never had peanut butter and jelly on a burger before but I figured I would try something new and see what all of the hype was about. Turns out, I loved it! Every bite was so flavorful and completely made my birthday lunch a worthwhile venture! We also tried the tater tots, because who doesn't love a good tater tot. We could have chosen from multiple dipping sauces but we decided to go with the garlic aioli and I am glad we did. I dipped each of my tater tots in the sauce and there was plenty for both of us to share. We were helped by Vanessa at the restaurant and she was very accommodating when I was having trouble using a coupon that I had for my birthday. All in all this was a wonderful choice for my birthday lunch and when we are in the area again I would definitely stop by and perhaps try the latest burger of the month along with some tater tots and garlic aioli dipping sauce of course!“

“IMPRESSIVE! My first time trying and they didn't disappoint on any level! Ordered the Brooklyn Burger meal. Normally I order my burgers medium-rare if I had the choice. Here, you don't. But lemme tell you, the medium-well patty was cooked to perfection and was the juiciest I've had in a long time - if ever! Kudos to Chef on their meat blend and fat ratio! The bun was so soft with added bonus of toasting which adds nice texture. Their sauce is nuanced and adds another layer of unctuousness to the bite without being overwhelming.

You get to choose from 3 different kinds of fries for your meal, which is practically unheard of in these days inflation. I opted for sweet potato fries. I like them extra crispy and that's exactly what they were! They may have even been twice fried because each fry had a magically crispy exterior and tender interior. It reminded me of classic Belgian pomme frites. They're served in an adorable cardboard cup lined with cone-shaped paper.

Their drink selection is small but decent and even had a Polar seltzer Apple Lime flavor that I've never tried.

For real though... their combo meal is a few dollars more than Mc D's combos down the block. It's worth spending more for better food.
