“Best shawarmas and super friendly owner! I am so so happy to have such good shawarmas so close to my place. I love shawarmas so you can trust me, also other stuffs are really good too. My vegetarian friend loves the fried cauliflower sandwich and falafel sandwich too! Great fries too! I rarely write reviews but this deserves one. Will definitely try more items in the future.“

Their food is easily portable, the employees are kind and efficient, and although there is a bit of a wait, it is only due to the 5 to 10 + people who are also waiting for their food. “TLK is amazing even while transitioning locations - not only are the classics always delicious (love the peanut noodles with tofu), there are some new menu items (brussel sprouts!!) that absolutely hit the spot. If you are gluten free and dairy free it's an absolute must, if you have no allergies and like good food and great drinks it's an absolute must! Make sure you make a reservation via their website if you're going in person - which is only for dinner on Fridays and Saturdays until their new space is ready.“

“Fry Factory was surprisingly delicious! Yes, it’s located at a gas station, but don’t let that fool you. We ordered the chicken tenders, shrimp, and fries, and everything was fantastic. We made sure to get there early, around 11 a.m., to be the first ones in. The food was hot, fresh, and full of flavor—perfectly saucy and just the right amount of sweetness. Even my 9-year-old cousin couldn’t get enough: "This is good! You got more?" Definitely worth the stop!“

It is chock full of yummy surprises, all arranged beautifully, in perfect condition. There was such a generous amount of food, they could make a meal and still graze after. The meat, cheese, fruit, nuts & dried fruit were premium quality & we’re told, very delicious. It arrived in a cute huge box, with flowers & a honey dipper tied into the colorful wrapping twine. “Very nice place. The wait for food is a bit long, but it is worth it. I got the pork cutlet which came with a soup. The pork cutlet was phenomenal, it was tender and juicy inside with a perfectly crispy shell. The pork itself wasn’t that flavorful but it came with a creamy sauce that tasted vaguely of bbq. The soup it came with was very light and not overwhelming with a taste of miso soup. Everything was warm and fresh when it arrived. Overall, the experience was very good. Would recommend! :)“

“This has been a neighborhood staple for 35 to 40 years. It has a nice assortment of salads and sandwiches and coffee of course. A very few tables inside and outside for staying but mostly grab-and-go. Always high quality food I like good representation of living in the village.“

“For lunch, the chicken teriyaki bowl was *chefs kiss*. The portion I was served was just the right size so I didn’t feel sluggish afterwards. Chicken was cooked to temperature, the sauce combined well with the carrots, cucumber and rice. Nothing bad to say about this place and love that it’s close to work.“

“I was on Hudson looking for lunch and found this take out place Ready To Eat. The food was excellent. No joke. I ordered fresh ham and a second dish of chicken. Both came with a side. I chose the Brussel sprouts and a pasta salad.
I brought them home and they were delicious. We have enjoyed each dish we have tried so far. We are delighted to have them near by.Their food is very very good.“

“These are recent photos but I’ve been going here since I lived in Queens in 1980. Food tastes exactly the same and that’s a good thing. The prepared foods are just solid. The customer service is amazing and the feel is homely. I always feel like I’m going home when I walk into Meal Mart in Queens. Thanks for keeping it going!“

“Found this restaurant in walking distance from Washington Square Park. Lively place with tables close together (indoors - it was too hot to sit out). Locally sourced interesting tasty food. Also had a tutored flight of NY State Ciders from the maker - not a bit like UK ones I can say! Manhattan prices apply.“

“I bought some take away at Liverpool Street. I buy from wasabi a few times a month. In this occasion the 4 boxes I bought all had spoiled avocado and I had to throw them out. This was the first bad batch I ever bought and wasabi customer service was great and the store refunded me fully. So I can only say I will continue to buy“
