“Update: Tried this place again and I gotta change my review from 4 stars to 5. Got a combo over rice with extra meat and it was packed. More importantly though, it was delicious. I don't know if it's because I was hungry but the food I got yesterday was made really good, so much so that I'd actually say this cart is among the top 5 halal places I'd recommend. There seemed to be more lamb this time, like 60% chicken to 40% lamb but I didn't mind it much because the chicken was very juicy and flavorful. It felt like I was eating heaven and this might be my new go-to but given that it's a little of a way from my house, I don't know if I'd be coming here often. What I do know is that it's right in front of the hospital and if I worked around there, I'd be getting even fatter. For the purposes of my health, it's probably a good thing that I don't live too close to this cart. 10/10

Original review: Got a combo over rice and despite costing $1 more than the chicken over rice, the combo was basically 90% chicken and 10% lamb so it was basically a chicken over rice with a few lamb pieces sprinkled in. Despite me feeling ripped off, the chicken over rice was actually quite good. Chicken was tasty and well seasoned and I'd say that this is definitely one of the better halal carts out there in the area. Not the best but pretty good, and the prices weren't terrible.“

I literally just ate two of their wings and the skin had crisp, the chicken was juicy but not too greasy. “Let me emphasize this, NOBODY and I do mean NOBODY, makes a delicious bowl the way Tacobees do. I live far and order with extra charges through Ubereats because it’s just that good and worth every penny. I get burritos the size of a tiny baby. I should know because I’ve had tiny humans before and those burritos are at least 2lbs or more lol.

The way the burritos and bowls are made, is just so good. They don’t skimp out on anything. It’ll be full to the absolute brim. Their queso and guac is hands down the best out of all other chains (Chipotle, Moe’s and Qdoba.) The steak and honey chicken is just chefs kiss. I love how my delivery is also always warm and the most important part, correct. They just get me and can take my check any weekend!“

The first time I went here, I sat next to an older Indian woman who boldly proclaimed the lamb curry was the best she’d ever had in her life. “First time trying Uyghur food… had no idea what to expect but the food was amazing. Tried the spicy beef salad, qorima lagman, and a big plate chicken. All were fantastic. Beef salad was super refreshing. Medium big plate chicken was humongous - super flavorful chicken and the meat was very tender. Potatoes soaked up a bunch of flavor. Qorima lagman was my favorite - perfect noodz texture, stir fried(?) well, and excellent taste. Got a samsa to go which was also tasty and came with nice side sauces. Nawat tea was also nice - refilling the tea is free since you’re given the leaves to steep. Btw staff is also super friendly. All in all loved it and will come back!“

“Came here around 12:45Am and got a triple mix platter. Just finished eating it and it was by far the best halal I’ve had. None of the other halal spots in the area even come close. “I am glad I picked this place to have lunch with family. Best Uzbek food I tried so far. Tashkent plow tasted so good. They offer meat and pumpkin samsa. They have nice dessert options. We tried napoleon cake, Uzbek baklava, medovik came(Russian honey cake) They were delicious. Green tea is good to try. Parking is on street. Staff were great. Clean and neat restaurant.“

Overall I recommend this place for kids and adults. The spice levels canbe altered by asking for little hot sauce and more white sauce. “I brought my fiancée to this restaurant, she has a severe allergy to seafood and tree nuts. So I’m usually wary for her dietary restrictions.

If sesame seeds are a red flag then no worries the buns for the sandwiches are SEEDLESS!!!

The restaurant staff is VERY accommodating. I ordered the 3x3 (burger) and The Zinger (chicken sandwich) for myself and fiancée. The fries were a tad well done but still were tasty, we ate them up!!!!! I literally ordered The Zinger a 2nd time it was that tender and well seasoned!!! I decided against the hell sauce but next time I’ll give it a shot.

Speaking of tender, we also ordered the buffalo chicken tenders and WOW this is a MUST ORDER!!!

“Wallaaahi, it was the best bowl I've ever had. I walked 40 minutes to get here cause i had to park my truck far away cause New York aint Trucker friendly. I came from the 6six, and the price was really reasonable, 5 stars, i got the chicken bowl which was my first time here, even though i wanted to try the lamb, but i chose the chicken which i thought you could never go wrong with. On my next visit i will be trying the lamb over rice! I will be sharing this spot with my friends who come down to Brooklyn aswell!“
