“I come to this Baskin-Robbins location a few times a month after a nice walk in the neighborhood to get a quick ice cream fix. The workers here are always nice and they are so generous with their ice cream scoop portions! There are about 5 small tables inside, but there are also a variety of shops on the same street to check out as well. The location is clean and I always have a pleasant experience during my stops here.“

“Wow. Brand new, friendly, great business in a great neighborhood, Prospect Lefferts Garden. Would have been great if it was just good, but omg it is honestly the BEST ice cream I’ve had in Brooklyn. Awesome, creative new flavors every week. Yesterday’s was malted ice cream with chopped malted-milk balls. Also mint ice cream made with mint leaves. Another made with honey that also had some chili heat (forgot the name)—all amazing. Go now before you can’t get in.“

“I’m honestly obsessed with these cookies. They are incredibly delicious and so appetizing. What I love the most is that I’m usually not into sweets at all, but these are just perfect.

They’re not overly sweet — just the right balance. The almond flavor is so rich and comforting, and the cherry adds this slight sour touch that makes everything come together beautifully. It’s such an amazing combination.

“Ofc when I’m in NYC I have to make a stop at cafe panna. I’ve been to the other location and was my first time in the Brooklyn one.

Got their straciatella and red flag with their panna and graham crumble on top (trust these are the best classic flavors) Perfectly creamy, amazing flavor for both scoops, no complaints. I actually prefer this location to the other one since there’s indoor seating and AC which was a lifesaver in the heatwave 🙌🏻“

While the wait time is annoying and would have made this rating 3-4 stars, I have noticed the lovely Spanish lady on Saturday is pretty quick and does her best to serve everyone in a timely manner. Even with it being as busy as it is she always pleasant and wears a smile.“

However the staff could be a little more enthusiastic (referring to the ones that have worked there for a while, I get it can be tiring to put on a smiley face for each customer that walks in, but you are getting paid to do it and it makes their experience 10x better!). “This is the real deal Italian gelato. They imported an authentic gelato machine from Italy and the texture is out if this world.

Flavors are incredible and vary often. Some are more eclectic and grownup (olive oil with breadcrumbs, basil fruit sorbet), others could please kids of all ages (pistachio, coconut stracchiatella). It’s getting good word of mouth traffic right now, but none of the nonsense lines that would happen if any food critic ever decided to hype them up.

“Abbiamo frequentato il Santa Chiara Café durante la nostra vacanza a Manhattan. Conosciuto per caso è diventato la nostra tappa preferita per la colazione e non solo. However, we want to tell you more; favourite food, among the others, are croissants, tart and all the deliciuos small cakes. Not to mention the excellent homemade ice creams. Nothing is left to chance, also our pet friends were super happy to taste the eccellent cookies. Special mention to Enzo who makes the best omelette in town. “Absolutely the best ice cream I've had in Brooklyn. So far, we've tried grape nut, guava, and Irish moss. All amazing. Are the staff going to gush over you? Maybe not, but they will give you excellent homemade ice cream at a very reasonable price and in a decent size. The guava tastes like fresh guava, and the Irish moss tastes like Christmas: so good.“

“Great quality and super friendly service. There are tons of interesting flavors, and the staff is happy to give samples and recommendations. I wasn’t going to get anything, but I tried a vegan chocolate cookie flavor, and it was so good I had to get a scoop. And the scoops are not cheap, but they have been really generous, so, this would be a perfect time to share a scoop with someone.

Clearly my opinion isn’t unique, as there was a line of people out the door, but it moves fast enough.“

“Our recent private family birthday bash at Manducatis Rustica was wonderful! I can not thank Gianna enough for her time in planning the menu and offering to prepare anything my family likes. The food was delicious and abundant , the staff was attentive and kind, the tables were set beautifully. It was like being in my own home -warm and friendly without me doing all the work . “The froyo here is so distinct. It legit taste like frozen yogurt. This isn't like your typical froyo location that's high in sugar and filled with fillers. Something about this is oddly refreshing and invigorating. You definitely get the feeling of consuming yogurt here. Also, all froyo is made fresh to order by machines in the front. They have plenty of options for topping and the staff are friendly. They gave me plenty of toppings for my dollar. Money well spent, highly recommend.“
