“Every morning, I visit to get my coffee, and the employees are consistently welcoming and friendly. I especially appreciate the writing on my cups. I want to highlight Michelle, as she’s always the one who greets me warmly upon arrival. She makes an effort to chat about anything, which I really enjoy, and I appreciate that she doesn’t let me wait in silence. Overall, this is my favorite Starbucks, and I always recommend this location to my friends.“

“So nice inside and the food is great!! it's about 10-ish bucks for a salad, and it's so worth it. I've gotten salads from the Pop salad section and i just tried a quesadilla with steak (omg soooo good, the steak is soft and juicy and seasoned just right). the salad is always fresh and tasty and the portions are big!! My quesadilla meal was about 13.50 without the drink but i have leftovers and I always have half a salad left so it's like 2 meals for 10-15 dollars...so worth it. The people that prep the food in the back are so nice too. Idk where they found these employees but they are just so genuine and friendly. Love this place. I recommend it to everyone lol“

“While traveling for my son’s baseball tournament in Yaphank, NY my family and friends stumbled upon this gem of a restaurant!! Everything from the food to the staff is incredible!! I highly recommend this place and so did everyone else we went with (we brought 15 people with us). Everyone cleaned their plate and these are not small portions! The food is extremely fresh and there is a great sense of pride in their product. We loved our experience here and we will absolutely return when we come back in August!!“

“All I can say honestly is that this store is very clean & very nice People can’t wait for the Deli department to open, the Owner is very friendly and so is the help, his other location is amazing just down near the beach before 7-11 and they do breakfast, lunch and have a full line of products, like I stated very clean & very friendly.“

My only issue is the signage from the street.
Had I not been up the street when I opened the app to place an order I’d have no clue this place was here.

Even knowing that it was here, I couldn’t see any signage clearly (coming from the North) until I was less than a 100ft from the entrance.“

“I am writing this review to combat the rude customers I encounter almost every time I enter this Tim's and gas station. The coffee is wonderful and the staff are SO FRIENDLY! Yes, sometimes there is a small line, but there is no need for customers to be so harsh to the staff. Clean, great coffee and donuts, and kind staff!!!“

“I love dunkin and I always want to try new drinks, however having life-threatening allergies always held me back due to people getting annoyed having to do things more carefully to avoid cross contamination. George at the medford dunkin let me read the ingredients on the banana cold foam so i didnt have to worry and even used a sealed fork to stir it so i didnt have to worry about cross contamination with almond milk with the general stirring spoon! He did all of this with a smile and I was able to enjoy this delicious drink without worry! It’s so rare to find people so accommodating and willing to go the extra mile for someone with allergies but I am so glad he did and I will definitely be back! I’m so glad my allergies were met with such a positive and understanding reaction to what some would call a burden of an order! It may not seem like a big deal to most people, but as a teen its so hard to be taken seriously sometimes or treated with respect and kindness over rude and disrespectfulness so i am so glad it was George who took and made my order!“

I was worried for days trying to retrace my steps to find my wallet & completely forgot I went to Starbucks. “Update: I want to update my previous review because I have learned that I misunderstood an important health and safety practice. I came to understand this after having a similar interaction at another Starbucks location and asking about it. It was explained to me that baristas who are preparing drinks may avoid touching the register or certain customer-facing surfaces in order to help prevent cross-contamination.
Looking back, I realize that I interpreted this practice as rudeness when it was actually part of maintaining a clean and safe workspace. I especially want to apologize to Roe, because I mistakenly took their actions personally when they were simply doing their job and following proper sanitation procedures. I should have asked for clarification rather than assuming the worst, and I regret that my earlier review may have created an unfair impression of Roe and this location.
This Starbucks is consistently clean, and I appreciate the care the team takes with sanitation and customer safety. Nina and Peggy have always been friendly, patient, and professional, and I appreciate how welcomed they have made us feel.
I am updating my review because being fair matters. Thank you to Roe, Nina, Peggy, and the rest of the team for the work you do.

OLD REVIEW BELOW

We come to this Starbucks often, and like with any business you frequent, you hope to consistently have a good experience. Unfortunately, this location has been very hit-or-miss. Honestly, I probably would not come here as often if it were not for Nina. She truly makes coming here worthwhile. Peggy is also very helpful and does her best to correct mistakes when they happen.

The restaurant is always clean, which I appreciate, but the other local Starbucks locations do not seem to have problems with cleanliness either. The biggest issue at this location is customer service. Some employees have been rude, and I have received outright disrespectful responses simply for asking for an order to be corrected. Mistakes happen, and I understand that, but it is frustrating to feel poorly treated when trying to fix them.

Nina and Peggy are the exception. They are consistently friendly, smile, and apologize when another employee has been rude or when something goes wrong. Their professionalism really stands out.

I have mostly stopped coming inside because I do not like how I am treated. Every once in a while, though, I forget to ask for a pup cup in the drive-thru and need to go inside to get one.

I am giving this location 4 stars because of Nina and Peggy. They are the reason we continue to come back.“
