“I recently dined at CIBO in Patchogue and ordered the Mediterranean Sea Bass, and it was delicious.The pan-seared filet was cooked beautifully — crisp on the outside with a tender, flaky inside. Their signature drink was soooo good ! The atmosphere at CIBO strikes a great balance between upscale and comfortable. Loved the colors. Tiffany, our server, was attentive and friendly, making the overall experience even better. Highly recommend and will be coming back.“

“Meatballs-tasted almost identical to when my Italian, childhood best friend’s grandma would slow simmer them ALL day long every Sunday!! The grilled chicken in the Greek salad was very moist and soft. Loved their 6 slice pizza too-great cheese and perfect amount of sauce that’s way less acidic than other local pizza, maybe partially because they use less sauce. Staff were very kind too. Highly recommend.“

“My friend and I got gluten free pizza and it tasted great! There was a complication with my order and they called me and communicated and we came to a solution. When there was a an issue with delivery, instead of canceling my order they spent 15 minutes on the phone with me trying to find my address. Very kind people and great food!“

Love the sauce they make for the dinners and pies. The only complaint I have is that they go light on the pizza toppings. I'd like to see more sausage, pepperoni, etc on the pies, not a few slices sprinkled about. Now I'm thinking about pizza. Maybe tonight.“

“We celebrated my son’s 3rd birthday and my daughter’s 4th birthday yesterday, and James was our host. WOW is all I can say! He was incredibly sweet, attentive, and nonstop the entire party. He was honest, suggested wonderful ideas, and checked in on both the kids and me throughout the entire event. He had a smile on his face the whole time, was professionally dressed, and truly went above and beyond. He made the party absolutely wonderful and unforgettable.

Our party was at 11:00 a.m. right when they opened, so everything was spotless, and the food was boiling hot.

The only negative I’ll mention is that the doors opened at 10:45. We arrived at 10:30 because we were told we’d have 30 minutes to set up, which ended up not being the case and caused us to rush a bit. That said, it was our only complaint, and overall the experience was fantastic.“
