“A family member suggested I use DiBella's to cater a casual Celebration of Life. Heather was so easy to communicate with and was extremely helpful figuring out what to order and how much. The food was delivered right on time, ready to serve and all was absolutely delicious!

“Again, this place was recommended by a friend from the area. When I walked in with a couple at the same time, they ordered with the cashier and I ordered at the kiosk. The kiosk was easy to manage. The staff wasn't friendly at all. No smiles or thank you. I also noticed some tables were dirty and an associate was in a booth watching something on her phone. I don't think she was on break because everything she had no customers she would do that.“

“Great subs and other food. Consistently good. It is very difficult to figure out and navigate the online menu; each time they attempt to improve it, it gets worse. It used to be easy when they pictured each topping that you could click and pick. Recommended. We would order more often if online ordering/sub building were easier and more logical.

Unfortunately our scheduled food truck broke down so I called DiBella's and Nick the owner quickly said no problem, we can do it. The subs were amazing and everyone enjoyed them. “When I walked in there were 2 guys working. They seemed like they were cleaning n conversing with eachother. But as soon as I got in line , their convo stopped and the one guy came Right to me. He was friendly and professional. He at least acted like he enjoyed serving me. Def one of the best customer service received at a subway. “I stopped in to Primo Hoagies on Mt Hope this afternoon and was completely blown away by how delicious my Philly Cheesesteak was. Grilled onions and Cooper cheese, this is the way. I chatted with Pete and Team who were extremely friendly and helpful, and found out their bread is flown in par-baked by Liscio's Italian Bakery in Philadelphia, and baked off fresh every morning onsite at Primo. This bread is legit. I can't wait to stop in and try a different Hoagie. Those who are complaining about price should try Subway, Primo is on another level and you get what you pay for. Keep up the great work, and I'll see ya soon!“

“Join the BreadClub for occasional discounts and offers.These subs are very similar to Wegmans subs (DiBellas actually shared their process with Wegmans I believe). The bread is among the better for sub shops (not too hard on the outside, but not completely soft either). The ingredients (meats and toppings) are very good quality. It is a little more pricey, but it is worth it.“

The fact that they recognized my kids from previous visits gives them 5 stars because most employees at other stores don't even bother to look up at you. “I ordered three subs from DiBellas on East Ridge Road after work Saturday the 20th of Nov. around 3:30pm. I wish I would have gotten the young lady's name who made my sub's I would have let her no. Great Job Young Lady, thats what keep customers coming back.. she was very nice, thank you for being so understanding I was tired and all the staff who help including cashier was great, I ordered the meatball,, turkey, and steak, subs, they were delicious and service was great ?? quick and the atmosphere was very nice I will be returning.
