“If you're looking to eat at a Jersey Mike's in the area, this is absolutely the one to go to. I moved up here at the start of the year just as this location was in the process of opening up, and happened to meet the owner of the store, who encouraged me to come back.

I have since returned to this location at least once every week and a half or so- not only because the food is amazing and the location is clean, but because the staff at this location are excellent.

Unfortunately, every time I step into this location, it seems, there's rude customers giving some of the employees a hard time- and I have watched these excellent people handle their service with grace and professionalism while still maintaining a high quality in their delivery.

No one deserves to be treated badly at their job and I wouldn't begrudge anyone for being annoyed after dealing with people like that, but this employees get through it anyways. I can tell how much they care about just making good food and a great experience for everyone who walks in the door, and I suspect the influence of the owner definitely helps.

“Again, this place was recommended by a friend from the area. When I walked in with a couple at the same time, they ordered with the cashier and I ordered at the kiosk. The kiosk was easy to manage. The staff wasn't friendly at all. No smiles or thank you. I also noticed some tables were dirty and an associate was in a booth watching something on her phone. I don't think she was on break because everything she had no customers she would do that.“

It used to be easy when they pictured each topping that you could click and pick. Recommended. We would order more often if online ordering/sub building were easier and more logical.

“I stopped in to Primo Hoagies on Mt Hope this afternoon and was completely blown away by how delicious my Philly Cheesesteak was. Grilled onions and Cooper cheese, this is the way. I chatted with Pete and Team who were extremely friendly and helpful, and found out their bread is flown in par-baked by Liscio's Italian Bakery in Philadelphia, and baked off fresh every morning onsite at Primo. This bread is legit. I can't wait to stop in and try a different Hoagie. Those who are complaining about price should try Subway, Primo is on another level and you get what you pay for. “When I walked in there were 2 guys working. They seemed like they were cleaning n conversing with eachother. But as soon as I got in line , their convo stopped and the one guy came Right to me. He was friendly and professional. He at least acted like he enjoyed serving me. Def one of the best customer service received at a subway. “I ordered three subs from DiBellas on East Ridge Road after work Saturday the 20th of Nov. around 3:30pm. I wish I would have gotten the young lady's name who made my sub's I would have let her no. Great Job Young Lady, thats what keep customers coming back.. she was very nice, thank you for being so understanding I was tired and all the staff who help including cashier was great, I ordered the meatball,, turkey, and steak, subs, they were delicious and service was great ?? quick and the atmosphere was very nice I will be returning. “Even though the store was getting ready to close, they still made sure my kids were able to get subs. The fact that they recognized my kids from previous visits gives them 5 stars because most employees at other stores don't even bother to look up at you. It's healthier that fast food restaurants and because the staff here is so nice it makes it 10 times easier to convince my kids to choose a healthy option.“
