“Some of the absolute best subs I have ever had in my life! my favorites (all made to order) include: 1. Their December sub of the month, a turkey, stuffing, gravy, and cheese sandwich (opted for no cranberry sauce) 2. the biggest bacon egg and cheese I have ever eaten, and the best. lord have mercy, I am a sucker for crispy bacon and my God they delivered 3. Top notch cheesesteaks packed with meat. they do not skimp on portions! In addition to their delicious food, DiPisa also has some of the nicest staff you will ever encounter in any eatery. Buncha great people in there. Prices are EXCELLENT for the quality and size of the sandwiches too.“

I usually order on their app then come here to pick up. The place was clean and have good amount of tables. Since I order online, I don’t have to wait long. They have many options for Sub and you can build your own. Their price is ok, not the cheap side. I enjoy their Sub so far. The only 1 thing is the Everything bread, I believe the onion pieces on the outside of the bread, are salty, so when eat, it makes the whole meal a bit salty for me.“

The staff wasn't friendly at all. No smiles or thank you. I also noticed some tables were dirty and an associate was in a booth watching something on her phone. I don't think she was on break because everything she had no customers she would do that.“

I would recommend the young man making sandwiches be shown how to properly wrap a sand without squashing the sandwich though. I would hate to be the guy opening the squashed pancake for his lunch.“

“Give Alexis Haynes a raise! No I do not know her, but I am a former sales manager and I would hire her in a heartbeat. GC did not want to run for an online order so I made the order in the store. She handles it with expert care and provided excellent customer service. I left feeling like she took care of me and I forgot the frustration I felt at not being able to place my order online. “We went on 8/14/25. I tried the Abruzzi. Roasted pork, sharp provolone, broccoli rabe. But I had them throw on the roasted red peppers, which normally come on the Nellie. This is usually served as a cold sub but I asked them if they would toast the entire thing. I couldn't wait to get home. When I unwrapped that bad boy, the 1st thing I noticed when I bit into it, was the warm, toasty crunch of that bread. Then I got the porky goodness of the meat. Followed by the ever so slightly garlicky flavor of the broccoli rabe. And then the sweetness of those roasted peppers. I read some negative reviews right before we came here. Almost didn't come here because of them. All I can say guys, is I am so glad we decided to try Primo Hoagies for ourselves. Oh yeah, my partner got the Italian Diablo. He loved it, as well. I couldn't decide when I first walked in. I figured I'd get something different next time I come. But I am pretty much in love with that Abruzzi!! 💟“

As of February 2025 Henrietta Jimmy Johns is Freaky slow. They now use a service that delivers in 50 minutes or more. This change has removed them from my top places to order lunch from.“

Wheelchair accessibility: It was completely wheelchair accessible including the bathrooms. They had a barrier so that someone in a wheelchair could not have gotten up to the corner area to see what was being served. I don't know if they think they're helping out the covid situation.“

“Even though the store was getting ready to close, they still made sure my kids were able to get subs. The fact that they recognized my kids from previous visits gives them 5 stars because most employees at other stores don't even bother to look up at you. It's healthier that fast food restaurants and because the staff here is so nice it makes it 10 times easier to convince my kids to choose a healthy option.“
