Most yogurt places around us only offer no sugar added, and are limited to one flavor if available. There also are sugar-free and gluten-free muffins. The scones are amazing. And there’s a bunch of frozen bagel options, cookies and brownies available. Plenty of toppings, for sugar-free they have chocolate chip chips and hot fudge. There’s also indoor and outdoor seating. He kindly offered us samples of any flavor we wanted, which helped us decide on the perfect frozen yogurts. His warm smile and excellent customer service made my lunch break even sweeter. I met up with my wife and daughter there, and Brad made sure we felt welcome and taken care of. “This location has been excellent since my first time arriving here I came from Georgia to visit my mother and she sent me here to get some ice cream and from the first time I met the wonderful staff at this establishment I can't stop coming back! Although I only spent six weeks in New York it was worth my time I came to this location so much in the last 6 weeks I know I must have put on at least 20 extra pounds and it's not the ice cream that I love it's the staff here Samantha is amazing she really knows customer service she really knows how to be hospitable the ice cream is good but it's the people that made it even better. The other extraordinary woman here is a woman by the name of Diana I believe it was. She works in the cinnabon area and you can see her heart and her love in the way that she treats the customers I was sitting there eating ice cream one day and I watched how she just went above and beyond making the customer feel welcomed in this establishment. They have come to know me because I come here buying ice cream for my mother all the time and they even remember and they always ask about her it's beyond just a store it's almost like coming to see friends. Make it your business to stop at this location it is very much worth it the music is always excellent here it always has a great atmosphere.
This store should be a model to all the other Carvel locations out there on how you should treat your customers please utilize the staff to train other locations it will be well worth the time all of the people that are here are leaders and teammates and I've come to really like them and love them.“

“I’ll never forget the first time my friend’s dad drove us to Dolly’s to get Italian ices. It was years ago, back when they had a stand right on the water. He ordered a jelly ring and gave me a sample spoon of it. When my eyes widened in shock at how delicious it was, he laughed, like he was expecting that reaction. I went back many times after that. Even after I went to college out of state, anytime I was back in Brooklyn to visit my parents, if Dolly’s was open, I made sure to stop by. I thought I knew what Italian ice was before Dolly’s and I didn’t. They’ve spoiled all other ices for me forever. You will never have a creamier, more delicious dessert. There aren’t a large variety of fro-yo flavors, but they have all the solid ones here, and a large array of toppings.It is a self-serve location (and they’re covid conscious), providing you with gloves and hand sanitizer to use before serving yourself. “As a dog mom, I normally avoid taking my dog inside restaurants or places serving food out of respect for others. Usually, I leave him by the door or quickly put my head inside to place my order.

What happened here completely changed my experience.

Your staff immediately came to the front, welcomed both of us with kindness, and explained that everything was covered and that my dog was absolutely welcome inside. The amount of love and warmth they showed him honestly meant more than I can explain.
