The ice cream was amazing, the place was clean and had a great vibe, and the staff really stood out super friendly, patient, and very knowledgeable about the menu. I’ve visited other Robin’s locations before and they’ve always been consistently great. You can tell they care about both their product and customer service. Most yogurt places around us only offer no sugar added, and are limited to one flavor if available. There also are sugar-free and gluten-free muffins. The scones are amazing. And there’s a bunch of frozen bagel options, cookies and brownies available. Plenty of toppings, for sugar-free they have chocolate chip chips and hot fudge. There’s also indoor and outdoor seating. Staff is friendly, fast and helpful.“

He kindly offered us samples of any flavor we wanted, which helped us decide on the perfect frozen yogurts. His warm smile and excellent customer service made my lunch break even sweeter. I met up with my wife and daughter there, and Brad made sure we felt welcome and taken care of. “As a dog mom, I normally avoid taking my dog inside restaurants or places serving food out of respect for others. Usually, I leave him by the door or quickly put my head inside to place my order.

What happened here completely changed my experience.

Your staff immediately came to the front, welcomed both of us with kindness, and explained that everything was covered and that my dog was absolutely welcome inside. The amount of love and warmth they showed him honestly meant more than I can explain.

It's far cheaper than Cold Stone Creamery and almost has the same aspects.

My only 2 complaint is the older of the 2 young ladies kinds rushed us through the ordering process & wasn’t very friendly. The other young lady answered questions and definitely made me feel like I wanted to go back. 2nd no non-dairy alternatives for the lactose intolerant community. Overall 4/5 experience. Definitely an understated place. A must try.“
