Even with it being as busy as it is she always pleasant and wears a smile.“

“Great local frozen yogurt spot. We appreciate that there are always sugar-free flavors available. And usually a dairy free option. Most yogurt places around us only offer no sugar added, and are limited to one flavor if available. There also are sugar-free and gluten-free muffins. The scones are amazing. And there’s a bunch of frozen bagel options, cookies and brownies available. Plenty of toppings, for sugar-free they have chocolate chip chips and hot fudge. There’s also indoor and outdoor seating. Staff is friendly, fast and helpful.“

“My daughter had been talking about this place for a while, so I finally took her yesterday to get a sno cone. I was surprised to see a line outside on the pavement. At first, I thought we were going to someone's house where they sold sno cones from outside! Wasnt expecting a crowd lol!

I was skeptical at first, but the moment I tasted the guava-flavored sno cone, I was instantly transported back home, eating sno cones on the streets. It was incredibly nostalgic and absolutely delicious.

I also tried the plantain chips, but they weren't really my favorite.“

“Had a great experience at the Lynbrook TCBY store! Brad, the friendly staff member behind the counter, went above and beyond to make our visit special. He kindly offered us samples of any flavor we wanted, which helped us decide on the perfect frozen yogurts. His warm smile and excellent customer service made my lunch break even sweeter. I met up with my wife and daughter there, and Brad made sure we felt welcome and taken care of. If you're lucky enough to catch him on Tuesdays or Thursdays (his days in the store), make sure to say hi - you won't be disappointed!“

“This location has been excellent since my first time arriving here I came from Georgia to visit my mother and she sent me here to get some ice cream and from the first time I met the wonderful staff at this establishment I can't stop coming back! Although I only spent six weeks in New York it was worth my time I came to this location so much in the last 6 weeks I know I must have put on at least 20 extra pounds and it's not the ice cream that I love it's the staff here Samantha is amazing she really knows customer service she really knows how to be hospitable the ice cream is good but it's the people that made it even better. The other extraordinary woman here is a woman by the name of Diana I believe it was. She works in the cinnabon area and you can see her heart and her love in the way that she treats the customers I was sitting there eating ice cream one day and I watched how she just went above and beyond making the customer feel welcomed in this establishment. They have come to know me because I come here buying ice cream for my mother all the time and they even remember and they always ask about her it's beyond just a store it's almost like coming to see friends. Make it your business to stop at this location it is very much worth it the music is always excellent here it always has a great atmosphere.
This store should be a model to all the other Carvel locations out there on how you should treat your customers please utilize the staff to train other locations it will be well worth the time all of the people that are here are leaders and teammates and I've come to really like them and love them.“

“Fruitti Yummi frozen yogurt is sooo good. There aren’t a large variety of fro-yo flavors, but they have all the solid ones here, and a large array of toppings.It is a self-serve location (and they’re covid conscious), providing you with gloves and hand sanitizer to use before serving yourself. I liked that, it made you feel as though the establishment cares about keeping covid at bay.The place is squeaky clean by the way. Everything is tidy, the machines are clean (been to some spots with dirty ones), and the area for toppings was so perfectly organized that me and my boyfriend barely wanted to touch it lol.There was one young lady at the register over-seeing everything, who gave us a friendly greeting when we came in, so that was nice.Other than that there’s not too much to say about a frozen yogurt spot, but this is definitely one of the better locations. I got a Rainbow Cookie and Black Cherry Cheesecake and my husband got Chocolate Waffle Cone (not exact title) and we were blown away. It was sweet but so creamy and natural tasting that it just blew me away. Never had anything like it - and I'm not an icey person! Its been 3 days and Im still thinking about it.

“As a dog mom, I normally avoid taking my dog inside restaurants or places serving food out of respect for others. Usually, I leave him by the door or quickly put my head inside to place my order.

What happened here completely changed my experience.

Your staff immediately came to the front, welcomed both of us with kindness, and explained that everything was covered and that my dog was absolutely welcome inside. The amount of love and warmth they showed him honestly meant more than I can explain.

In a world where small acts of kindness can make such a big difference, this was one of those moments I’ll always remember.

Then we tasted the fun and exciting sweet treat with fresh mango, tamarind candy, Tajin and delicious pineapple and delectable mango ice cream. “Ice creams were delicious. Raspberry Rum Raisin, Grape-Nut, chocolate & their version of Cookie Monster flavors were great. Rich & creamy. Topping in the ice creams were overload, in a good way. My only 2 complaint is the older of the 2 young ladies kinds rushed us through the ordering process & wasn’t very friendly. The other young lady answered questions and definitely made me feel like I wanted to go back. 2nd no non-dairy alternatives for the lactose intolerant community. Overall 4/5 experience. Definitely an understated place. A must try.“
