“To be fair I've been going here for most of my life. I will not claim that I am well versed in Jewish bakeries, but I will claim that this place is splendid, and that I am a gent that knows good food. I love the rugelach and the linzer cookies especially, but I've bought multiple other pastries they've made over the years , too. The black and white cookies are also quite fresh and delicious as well. It almost goes without saying that the challah bread is phenomenal, as I always end up buying a few loaves fairly often . I buy fairly large amounts of their stuff every time I go, which is the only reason I put so high on the spend per person . The place is big with fresh goods lining every wall, so bring some friends and treat yourselves.“

“This is my go to spot in the mornings when I’m going to work. I stop by there to get my coffee Monday through Friday’s. Kriti and her manager Karan are the best. Customer service is the best anywhere. I don’t go on Friday’s because they are not thier. But none the less best place to get a quick cup of coffee. I always get by double double. They know once I park my car. Awesome customer service and really good coffee.“

“Been going to this location for years. If you hit it at the right time, the donuts, drinks, and folks there are great. On the off occasion, the donuts are very stale and the drinks taste burnt. It's pretty hit or miss in that regard.

I've never had a complaint about the people working there, they're especially kind to my sister - she is disabled and everyone has been incredibly patient while she practices ordering and paying and such.“

“This is the best Dunkin I have been to anywhere in NYC. They are consistently amazing. The way they get your drink order PERFECT is their strongest point. The food is always prepared properly and cooked well (not over or under done.) All my coworkers and and I agree they are the best. I go there every morning before I go to work, the 2 young ladies that run it, is awesome, the courtesy and respect they have for every customer is the best., another good thing about that shop is, its always clean, the floors stay clean ,no garbage on the floor and they tables are wipe off and clean,I been to alot of dunkin donuts in brooklyn and the workers dont even say good morning all they do is take your order and money, sometimes the food is burnt or warm. “I really like this Forest Hills Metropolitan Ave location. I met the owner Imran once and stayed in touch; he seems friendly and down to earth.

It’s what one would expect with D & D espresso but it’s consistent & convenient. As a health conscious vegetarian, I appreciate that they have non dessert and non meat food items such as avocado, toast, hash browns, bagels.

The staff here are welcoming, friendly, hard working and professional.
Jahn is always professional, attentive, friendly and a sincere human being.

They have tables and which was helpful for my 78 year old mom (when she was alive) who was able to get here with her walker. (one floor, No stairs, a designated mobility needs table, but no bathrooms)

This location is small but has few tables, chairs plus stools along a long table along the window

I really appreciate seeing folks of all ages from students, families to seniors in our neighborhood visit.

D & D staff Poly and Andalip are also professional, friendly and welcoming and it's incredible that this Dunkin’ Donuts is open in this blizzard today (Sunday, Jan 25, 2026)!

I just picked up espresso and bagels when other stores are closed. Let’s acknowledge how hard this staff works, staying open and working happily even during storms and many holidays. Remember to tip them!

“Inside a Shop Rite. Can’t believe the price of donuts. Ouch! Price changes but they still haven’t lost that donut great taste. It’s a bit crazy being inside a supermarket but I was lucky since I forgot to pick them up before I left my town. Service was pleasant!“

“First and foremost good morning! What a great way to start mine because not only do I run on Dinkin I run my best with greatest Dunkin customer service. Here at 1710 Eastern Pkway has just that. I INSTANTLY got greeted by Kanapathipil with such a genuine friendly smile. He then proceeded to take my order and listened and fulfilled. I ordered a sausage egg and cheese on a croissant with my cheese melted (delivered), a sweet black pepper snackin bacon, not too toasty (delivered), 10 munchkins, 5 glazed chocolate and 5 glazed blueberry, can’t mess that up and a medium iced caramel macchiato with caramel drizzle on the bottom of the cup then topped with whip cream and a little more caramel drizzle and yet again, HE DELIVERED!!!! Everything wa great. I then wanted jelly for my sandwich, yeah, it’s been a thing I’ve done since high school, it’s actually tasty and I forgot you have to pay for those now until the girl that was making the food and looked at me like umm I can’t do that then turned to Kanapathipil who I then figured was either the manager or shift supervisor and told him and he instantly with a head nod of assurance saying give it to her, no ifs, ands or buts, no sorry it’s an extra charge for that, none of that. She handed the jelly to me. He then came back and asked me if I needed a plastic knife, I would have eventually realized I needed one but I said oh yes, very kind, such GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! Not to mention that in the hour I’ve been sitting in here enjoying my food and writing this review and sipping my coffee there have been about 10 guest that came in greeting him as regulars, like they look forward to seeing him and him then. Just so pleasant. Ohhhhh, and he gave a dog a doggy cup of whip cream. GO KANAPATHIPIL!!!!!! Keep up the amazing work!!!!! I will be back for sure. I will now become a regular when in the area. “Wow, I was surprised but it was pleasant inside Dunkin. Considering that it is located in Brownsville and believe it or not, Brownsville Brooklyn is coming up. Well Mother Gaston still is not my recommendation for anyone who wants to just go hangout or go for a stroll, there are still many drug dealers there. I live in the neighborhood so I feel I can go anywhere. All in all it felt as if I was somewhere else.“

The young lady at the counter was very pleasant and extremely helpful.

After a short while, we were on our way to the event with a complete 'coffee bar'.
The young lady did a great job preparing and packaging everything per our request.

“This is my go-to Dunkin spot. Convenient location and staff is always on point. Very friendly and accommodating, and always providing great service. Sometimes they get a high volume of customers, but they’re able to deliver quick and efficiently - never had a wrong order given to me.

Management is also great and helps ensure all staff members are treated like a team. One feedback I’d provide is to probably to have a dedicated coffee staff who handles all drink orders separately while the rest of the staff focuses on other things (I’ve seen this structure work very efficiently in Manhattan, specifically in very busy locations). But either way, friendly service, great vibes, and a hard working pool of staff.“
