“Food quality is great! Didn’t get to take pictures because we ate it all before realizing I should share this. One of the better Chinese takeout places in LI. I ordered the jumbo shrimp with string beans. They gave a good amount of jumbo shrimp and were fresh. The General Tao chicken was delicious too. Ignore the not nicely done place, just care about the food. The couple here work very hard to provide their customers with great food!“

“I’m originally from Long Island and was visiting staying at a hotel nearby. This place is hands down is the best Chinese Food ever! Their wonton soup is big and doughy! Other places make them light which I’m not crazy about. Everything here otherwise is excellent and the staff are very nice. We hadn’t delivered to our hotel and it didn’t take long. Highly recommend this place! Worth the price for what you pay for definitely for four people!“

“The food is yummy. I usually order the M5 dry rice noodles with beef shank which is amazing, but this time I ate M9, Tonkatsu Don with rice, and it was delicious. They also gave out nice little goodie gifts. The desserts and 口水鸡 is good.“

Decided to go today on my own, just simple wings and ridged french fries and I must say, since moving here to Freeport from Brooklyn, this is definitely the closest to what I used to get in terms of taste quality. “The staff upfront is so nice. She politely answered all my questions and helped me understand the menu. I ordered the coconut smoothie and the coconut mango milk. The coconut smoothie is so light and refreshing for the heat, definitely good for someone who doesn’t like super sugary drinks. The coconut mango milk is so delicious and you get to choose the sweetness. I also ordered the general tsp bento box and it came with a lot of stuff. “This is the most horrible restaurant place I've ever ordered from. I ordered and picked up in store. I ordered "Roast Pork with Chinese vegetables" I specifically asked if the vegetables included bok choy and was assured that it did. When I got home with the food the only vegetable included with the Pork was celery. Just a container of pork and celery, another time I ordered BBQ Ribs and it was a very small order and some of them were burned. When I questioned the counter person he answered that they had run out. Then why did they sell, and charge me an order? Don't order food from this place, If you want to enjoy it, it is BAD and they.“

“First off I used to come to this spot when I was growing up. Time has changed and new ownership has taken over. The last owners were great. The new owners has upgraded the place and it looks great. The most important thing though is the food! and the food remains to be amazing. It's even better now because they offer halal, bubble tea and you can use your card(back in the days it was only cash). They also got a new machine that you can order from which is cool but I rather order from a person still. Keep up the good work.“

“I ordered the food on my way home from work and the food was AT MY DOOR STEP when I got home. It was still hot and honestly so convenient to not cook after work for the family! Food was incredibly affordable for feeding my whole family of 6. My favorite was their wonton soup, sesame chicken, and pork fried rice. The ribs were also delicious! I highly recommend this restaurant for all the moms that don’t want to cook and still want to eat good! I definitely will be coming back. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!!!! They are also on uber eats and grubhub too!!!!!“

“We catered a great lunch for 15 which included Gen Tso Chicken, chicken with mixed. Veggies, beef lo mein, fried rice , egg rolls and spare ribs- everyone loved it! The ingredients were so fresh, very high quality meats and they were cooked perfectly. It was less than $20 pp and so much leftover that they all took some home. I very highly recommend Ming’s!“

The menu has something for everyone, whether you are looking for a traditional Chinese meal, an American style Chinese meal or Japanese items. We have tried them all, but LOVE creating our own Chinese/Japanese tapas style meal followed by sharing a single entree. “Four Four South Village in Bayside on Bell Blvd is so new, I literally had to put it on the map! They have a restaurant in Flushing and also a location in Canada. I stopped in for dinner and ordered the spicy beef noodle (#204) and the Taiwanese sausage. Service is great! Very friendly and attentive. They checked up on me and kept my tea cup full. My order came out quickly. The sausage was pan fried and had the perfect crisp to the casing and also came with a small side of pickled cucumber. I opted for a non broth noodle dish which has bok choy to the side, slices of tender beef and the chili sauce poured over. You need to mix everything together which allows you to control the amount of sauce to your liking. The noodles were cooked perfectly and had a nice chew to them. Really good food!
Also tried the beef and tendon noodle soup. This beef, tendon & noodle soup is a great combination and tastes delicious! I devoured the bowl and could have had another bowl.“
