“Love the shrimp mai fun with Singapore sauce. More than that, I love the vibe. The family is awesome. Watching the family work the counter in a busy night when the working people of the area are picking up orders is actually great. Cantonese, Spanish, English and probably more that I don’t understand. Yes, it’s a restaurant and the food is great. But I look forward to go because it’s nice to feel the respect given by customers and owners to each other.“

“If you’re looking for great Chinese takeout, Cai Hong is the spot! It’s a small, family-owned place that’s always super clean, and the food is always on point. The portions are really generous—you definitely get your money’s worth—and everything tastes so fresh and flavorful. You can tell they put a lot of care into their dishes. Whether it’s classics like General Tso’s or their fried rice, everything I’ve tried has been delicious. It’s my go-to for takeout when I want something comforting and satisfying!“

“First maybe some people say they have Food poisoning but if you are not aware of the food then maybe you may need some more time with it. Also since they are Cantonese and mandarin so there are different styles of chinese cooking and we must agree that from south china to northern china it is different. Cantonese have a different style and type of cooking that is different some are the same and some are different. Very little people. We ordered like 3 things on the menu got them all in 10 minutes so it was super quick. If we could we would come back but it is very far tho. 😅“

“Love their portions, great prices and flavor.
Parking is in the back. Not a big deal. Sometimes I get to park in the front. When the food is good parking should not be a problem. They might be slow for some ppl but they have to remember is just 2 ppl working. Husband and wife.“

“Just getting around to giving a review for this restaurant. I live in the Springs and this is my favorite Chinese food restaurant In the area. I order once a week—sautéed broccoli and Sautéed eggplant and egg drop soup. I used to live in New York City and had a favorite place around the corner. This food closely compares to that. The sauces are different, but the preparation is excellent. Highly recommend this restaurant.“
“Don't come here for the personality. They are friendly and cool but that's about it. They are busy and don't have time to chat. The food is where it's at. Great Chinese at great pricing. Get your food, go home and enjoy.“

“I'm pretty shocked by their low rating and the bad reviews. As someone who is very picky about Chinese food I can honestly say that I have never been disappointed with any of my takeout orders. I think they've got the best wonton soup around!“

“Solid NYC Chinese food out east! Regular menu that you could have picked up in Brooklyn and brought out with you. To level set - very good takeout, not Michelin rated. Go with the classics - pork fried rice, lo mein, etc etc. Ordered a few times before reviewing. Very consistent.“
