“I was there last night, the 2 girls were cleaning when I came into the store, the store was immaculate. I ordered 2 steak subs and commented on the subs the worker made how it looked the best I have ever seen a sub made at a subway. After she thanked me she told me her parents owned the store. Well I hope they know their daughter is amazing. I came in after hurting my back and looked well let's say not my best. She was so friendly and made not only the best sub I have had from Subway but it looked as food as it tasted.“

I called this location explaining the situation and the employee I spoke with said he would deliver it directly to me since he was about to leave anyway. “Always go through the drive thru, that's the reason for atmosphere score. They are fast and have cars pull up if it's a big order, to avoid line in drive thru. Friendly staff and ive been eating it for the past at least 3 months, most girls there have a very pleasant attitude.“

“First time trying sunmasters I had just ordered a 1/2 sheet and 20 wings and I have to admit it was very good. Everything was perfect. The workers were very friendly also. I definitely will order again. I waited inside and it only took 15 minutes. Im glad I tried submasters in north tonawanda“

“I’m writing this review not because of the food (even though the food is always excellent) I’m writing it for the excellent customer service I received today. My coworkers and I decided to order subs for lunch via DoorDash. When my order arrived, it was missing more than half the order. Not sure what happened, and frankly I don’t even care. I called Jersey Mikes and spoke with the manager, Damien. He agreed that a mistake had occurred and promised to make it right. He corrected the order, asked me where I worked and told me that he would bring the food himself!!! And 20 minutes later, he did just that!!! Myself and my coworkers are so grateful for him! We only get a 30 minute lunch break, and if we had to reorder and wait for another dasher, we wouldn’t have been able to eat (we work in healthcare). Damien is truly an asset to Jersey Mikes and needs to be promoted to VP! And to the rest of the staff, you are all amazing also. The food is always great, and everyone is always so friendly and welcoming. Customer service is not an easy job, but the staff at NF Jersey Mikes are the absolute best!! And thank you again, Damien!!“

“It is one of my favorite these days.
Pro:
1. It is very cheap, I mean averagely you only spend $20 or even less for one dish. And good portion.
2. It is a classic Chinese flavor, not too spicy, not overly sweet. Just good.
Cons:
1. It is quite small. You may need to wait long if you come at rush hour.
2. Not many choices, I order like 15 dishes one time and that's basically everything they have

Cheap, good taste, and really warm service. I have to say I don't usually pay extra tips. But this is an exception. I hope they have good business.“

“I love this particular Mighty! Anthony the manager, and Lee, were really awesome to me. Great service even though it was super busy in the store. I had left an item from my order and had to call them and let them know. When I got there I got what I had returned for and the two of them were super friendly and helpful. Anthony is always smiling and really nice to me, and all the customers there at the time. Every time I go there. This location is equidistant to another Might on Niagara Falls Blvd, and I choose this location always as it cleaner, faster and the staff is really welcoming.“

“John and Mary's worth a visit. I like an italian sausage sub with cheese, onions, and peppers they were willing to make it the way I wanted. It was delicious. The onion rings were excellent as well. The indoor dining was very clean. I will be back.“

“Its Dairy Queen, the ice cream is good, tastes great, no issues there. On one visit earlier this year we got a different flavor blizzard than what we ordered (still ate it, it was pretty good.)

The employees, however, need some training or help. It seems they are more interested in finishing talking to each other or their friends rather than customers. How about a little eye contact when talking also (kinda makes you feel like they are actually LISTENING to the order?)“

“I have not eaten here in quite some time and I cannot state how the conditions of the restaurant were inside because I ordered ahead and someone else went in to get it. The food is usually good and the employees do the best they can to service you in a timely manner.“

“We were on short camping trip that got rained out the first night so we decided to venture into Middleburgh to look for a place to eat and hangout. We had a small dog with us so there we thought we’d have to get take out and eat in our cars. We took a chance and asked if we could have a rag to dry off the table and chairs and sit outside but two staff members dried off and moved some of their outdoor table and chairs around for us so we could all hang out and get food (it wasn’t raining there then but it had earlier). They went above and beyond when they could’ve just said no. They were incredible nice and attentive and not once made us feel like an inconvenience. My friends got a small pizza and a salad and I got the hot wings (photoed) and it was all very good. It was a pretty busy place between the restaurant side and pizza side. I saw stacks of pizza walk past us the whole time we were there. I recommend and I will go back next time I’m in the area.“

“Normally, I go through the drive-thru. This time, I decided to go in. It's extremely clean in there. The girl who took my order was extremely nice. Very accommodating. They didn't have a taco salad on the menu, so she helped me build one 😋 I don't recommend the apple empanadas. They changed those, and they aren't that great. I miss the old ones. The old ones were it's at. No photo. I was way too hungry, lol

Honestly amazing how they can handle a rush understaffed and with a smile on their faces :)! I am a little upset about the teriyaki sauce changing I really missed the original but thats not really in their control. That being said If you’re hungry and want a quick sub and a positive presence you gotta go to this subway !!“

“I just wanted to share my experience.yesterday. My Granddaughter, and I stopped there about 4:45.The drive through was extremely long, so we went inside for our food to go. Apparently they were short staffed.Three people working. When I walked in the girl behind the counter said I'll be right with you.
If you could please be patient. I said, absolutely no worries take your time as I work in a restaurant. That girl could not have been more polite.She was so sweet to my Granddaughter. I wish I would have got her name. She was so kind and so professional.So I just wanna give a big shout out to her. “The staff and service at the Payne Ave location is fantastic, the food was hot, cheesy and just hit the spot! Pizza Hut like it used to to be back in the old days! The wonderful lady at the counter suggested we get the cheesy breadsticks, normally we don’t do breadsticks but I’m so glad I listened to her suggestion! They were devoured!
