“I haven't been to Dunkin' since the name change, but I know why they changed it, now. I got a donut. Dunkin' has never had great donuts, but the donut I had was dry and stale. I didn't finish it. I bought breakfast sandwiches for others; they liked them. No complaints about the coffee drinks. In summary, skip the donuts.“

“Obsessed with the pumpkin spice here! The customer service is always great, and the drive-thru is super convenient. My only hope is that they start offering these new Cup Cucoon 2-in-1 thermal sleeves that unfold into napkins. They are way better for the environment than double-walled cups while providing superior heat protection, their dual-use replaces the need for extra napkins or can be used with food and they would be perfect for absorbing condensation and protecting my hands from iced drinks. It would be a small but amazing addition to their already fantastic service and product line.“
